Waller Creekside on 51st

The management company of Waller Creekside personally reached out to me in order to resolve this problem. Everything worked out in the end! Plus plans are in effect to alleviate the parking situation.

The location of this place is great because you can walk/​run anywhere and it is close to everything. However the apartments are nice but for being a year old seem cheaply made. The parking SUCKSSSSSSSSSSS. Seriously the parking is terrible. They have fire zones everywhere and the parking lot gets full easy so thats the only place you can park. They issued stickers for your cars so that they know who is parking there however people with parking stickers still have to park on fire lanes… Most of the parking spots are covered so you have to pay extra to park in them or pay 100 for a garage that you HAVE to park in. I pay 100 for a garage I should be able to put whatever I want in that garage not just my car. The apartments are already about 1200 to 1500 so if you pay that and then have to pay for a parking spot??? Woke up this morning to a card on our windshield saying «I didnt give you a citation this time…» Like where am I supposed to park do you see any free parking spots anywhere?
Just an idea Waller, take down some of the covered parking spots maybe build some new parking spots that fit cars that are not just smart cars.

The apartments seem cheaply made and management was rude to my friend.
