Walmart Supercenter

I have not been here that many times but we dropped by after Christmas to see what they had going on for sales and they had a very impressive clearance section. It is not the best location and they are definitely not very organized or clean when it comes to public restrooms but for what it is. it’s still a Walmart with low prices and such. The employees are not too friendly but they seem to be up to typical Walmart standard as far as I can tell. Plenty of parking.

Very disappointed vital script sent to their pharmacy at 8am. Neither Pharm tech nor mgr made an attempt to call me. Critical Med not filled. Of course we need to confer with Doctor. If good customer service practices were utilized due to the sensitive need the doctor would have provided data but they did not even try to reach me or doc. Hope this does not result in an er visit. Dear Walmart don’t play with my child’s health. Not cool. Not feeling warm and fuzzy at all. I’m tired been dealing with doctors since 7am full day at work. Car got serviced. Walmart don’t know or care what their customer been thru. To think I transferred the script from a competitor I’m headed back. I got busy at work I should have called myself.

WEDDING CAKE: Stephanie did such a great job on my wedding cakes and you really can’t beat the price. The cake wasn’t super important to me but these turned out great. We did one Vanilla with Strawberry filling and one Chocolate with Raspberry filling and bother looked and tasted wonderful. I would totally recommend this to people who aren’t picky about their cake and don’t want to spend $ 500 on one cake. The two cakes we got were less than $ 200.

The tire and lube service is the worst I have ever worked with. They waisted all most 2 hours of my day. Went to get two front tires. Lady goes to get my tire size and gets tires that where smaller than the ones I had on the car. I didn’t know she was doing that. I came back in about hour I see my tires of but no one is working on them. So I’m waiting and I hear a mechanic say did y’all call the customer who had the Ford Fusion yet. I have a ford 500 so I think nothing of it. The cashier keeps looking for the fusion paper work and can’t find it. 20 mins past I say to the cashier hey what is going on with my car. He says they are working on it. Then the mechanic asked again for them to page the owner of the Ford Fusion. I say you mean 500 no this gray ford which is my car. He tells I would recommend putting smaller tire on your car because your back tires are bigger. I told him I didn’t ask for smaller tire. Well we can’t but bigger ones on there because it’s not what ford wants on this car. I said fine but my old ones back on and I will go somewhere else. I speak to the manager Carlos and he is acting like its my fault for the tired size. If I was told from the beginning I would have not waisted my time. He said we paged you which was a lie for two reason. One, when I came back from shopping one hour I have Carlos my ticket he said the are still working on it. 30 mins later I realize the were mistaking my car for a fusion that they couldn’t find the paperwork to page someone. I recommend don’t bring your car here.

The IH-​35 @ Parmer Walmart is my favorite Walmart Supercenter in Austin. It seems better stocked than others so you can have a higher chance of finding not only what you came for but a better variety of similar products. It also feels cleaner and doesn’t have the «screaming-​unruly-​children-​running-​amuck» atmosphere that many other Walmarts in town have.
Weekend early mornings seem to be the best time to avoid crowds. There’s a McDonalds restaurant inside. It’s a supercenter so it also offers you one-​stop shopping.

Awful service. In line forever, they don’t call for help. And stuck because they rang up something wrong at the register and only customer service can fix it. Ridiculous. My in & out quick to grab something turns into a 45 minute ordeal. Management walks by and does nothing with 2 people working and 15 people in line.

Not the best Walmart — they only make new batches of popcorn shrimp until 19:00, even though the bakery guy said it is until 20:00, closing at 21:00. For old batches, they leave it all uncovered in high heat, so, it’s better to get some midday the day before and leave in the fridge even overnight, then to get any «fresh» ones from their shelves after 19:00, because it is ridiculously dry from sitting there all day.

This is the closest Walmart to my house it is convenient and big.
The prices are very reasonable!!!
the clothing department seem to be a little bit pushed together it’s kind of hard to maneuver a cart through the clothing aisles sometimes. they have huge seasonal item section. My experience of customer service has been great. the cashier ruby has been really nice to.
