Awesome location, so close to downtown, but out of the hustle bustle. Peaceful setting steps away from river and right next to city park. Running trail easily accessible and nice amenities (pool, bbqs, laundry facility, etc). Was built in the 80s, so not brand new, but the units are large and have nice, open layouts.

I would like to reassure the community at large by stating there is no evidence of any owners or tenants at the Waterfront Condo community being held here against their will. Everyone is free to leave as they please if they are not happy living here. I love living here. Moreover, I love my eclectic array of neighbors. Who am I to tell others how to act at their given age? Live and let live.

The backyard and dock are very nice except for the power plant scarring the green belt landscape, and the apartments/​condos are pretty standard (tiny kitchen, tiny everything, nice balconies) though old (built in the 1980s and not thoroughly updated). What shocked us most was the odd mix of tenants and some rather wanton partying at the tiny pool. It’s nice that they are gay-​friendly and dog-​friendly, but because of a few bad apples the environment was not exactly family-​friendly. And we’re not talking about a few young college dudes, these people were not acting their age. It was a bit disgusting.
