I rented a budget truck from them in July (one of the busiest months) and Chris and Amber were super easy to work with and very nice. Next time I need a rental truck I will be going back to them.

I really loved this place.
The units are cheap and the location is wonderful (easy access from 183).
The Unit I was perfectly sized for two full size mattress, frames and headboards, Two large sofa chairs, a bookshelf, 10 or so boxes, a bicycle, and both my washer and dryer. The space between the buildings was large enough for me to drive the trucks down and unload everything with plenty of space. It was an outdoor unit, so of course bugs and stuff got in, but it’s what is expected for an outdoor storage space. Nothing difficult to handle. The hours are decent (unit access until 8PM!).
The staff, boy let me tell you about the staff. Wonderful. Wonderful people. Such a relaxed vibe. It was like speaking with someone human other than just someone trying to sell me product/​service. That just made me want to rent with them even more. We laughed and chatted, they were great!

Nails on the ground everywhere and a flat tire repair shop next door. Interesting. Not a surprise that we got a flat tire the first month renting there. After this, my boyfriend brought them the first bag of nails I gathered just walking from the gate to our unit. They couldn’t care less. After that, I parked before the gate (where there were also nails that I threw away) and would walk to gather nails before we drove in. Every time I’d find a dozen or two.
Aside from the flat tire threat, our unit had holes in the ceiling and walls. After a few months, our things were covered in bugs and webs. When we finally moved out, we found rat turds too. Gross.
You have a choice, so choose better than this place. It’s not worth the headache and mess.

I used these guys for Budget Truck rental. Good experience. Booked a reservation online for a 10ft truck, but they didn’t have any the day I went to pick up, so I ended up with a 14ft truck instead. Worked out great.
They were running an online booking discount so they ended up a little cheaper than U-​Haul.
