Best service ever! Fast drive through. Spicy chicken sandwich was delicious and hot. The guy taking orders sounded like a happy show host taking my order. He made me laugh. Made my day! They recently renovated this location. Get it Wendy’s

Took them forever to train their staff to accept the mobile app pay but once they did, I really enjoy going here! Some of the workers still need training but the food is how you expect fast food would taste. Decent and gets the job done.

This wendys has got a much needed facelift. The interior and bathroom are so much better. But the employees are still dumb and the fries are still cold

Wow, came in and asked about a special that I heard on the radio and the 2 ladies look at each other and laugh. Are you kidding me? Had to walk out cuz that was so disrespectful. You will not get my money with service like that!!!

I am tired of paying big dollars for seared ground beef on a bun. And I have been shocked by the burger reviews lately. Wendy’s has scored nicely. SO nicely that I decided I needed to revisit this place. I went through the drive through. Fast, efficient, and hot! My burger was amazing. Really??? Really! First I unwrapped it. It was not the usual smashed up thing with an excuse for veggies in it. No! It was picture perfect just like the advertisements! REALLY!!! The lettuce was fuffly and hung out over the meat. It was a beautiful green. The tomato was a nice slice and the usual winter color but still recognizable as if I had cut it in my kitchen. Samething with the onion. And all put together … it looked as if it had been homemade and picture perfect except for that square meat pattie. I don;t spend too much time making shapes with my food. And the fries were cooked and seasoned just right! Yes, on those days were time is short and we can’t get home to cook and don’t have time to dime… we will be back!

First of all, I was the only one in the drive-thru and saw no one in the restaurant, so they weren’t busy.(I went at 9:30 pm on a Monday.) I ordered 2 things: potato with cheese, bacon and chives, and ckn nuggests — not spicy. What they gave me: potato with chili, cheese, bacon and NO chives, and SPICY nuggets. How hard is your job???

This place is always busy and I like the food. Give it a try if you just want a quick good meal.

you know in this day and age it is ALWAYS a smart business move to promote a new product, flat bread sandwich, and never available at this location late night. forget hospitality as well when there are texts to be made when the window girl does not even apologize for not having the product. sorry i interrupted your important text and your lack of interest in your job. these employees don’t care, so why would the owners/business !!! jobs suck in our economy !!!

This is a terrible Wendy’s. The only person who seemed to have any clue what was going on was the woman working the register and taking orders: she seemed equally frustrated with the apparent ineptitude of the kitchen staff. One man had been standing next to the counter for 2 – 3 minutes after receiving his order before he got her attention and pointed out that something was missing from his order. My friend ordered a pink lemonade or some such thing that was listed on the menu: the cashier reported that it had been discontinued, despite still showing up on their overhead menu. We ordered two of their new Grilled Chicken Flatbreads: they switched our orders. The sandwiches were actually okay, but it was overall ridiculous. It took about 8 minutes to get our food. Not pleased.

The customer service here is horrible. Their employees spoke little English(even the manager), having a hard time understanding you when you order, mess up your order or short you on your food, and send you off without a receipt to return and complain. With this kind of customer service, no wonder the Wendy’s by my house closed down.

Let me start this review off by stating I am a pregnant, impatient woman. I came here yesterday and ordered a #1. I asked for no cheese and no onion on it. Got my sandwhich and there was still cheese on it! Not one, but 2 slices. And they were too melted so I couldn’t pull them off. I went back to Wendy’s today and got a chocolate frosty and they forgot my spoon! So, I was forced to wait til I got a different spoon.(this is where being pregnant comes in) I did NOT want to wait! I wanted my frosty the second they handed it to me! Rarh!!! So, no more drive through with this Wendy’s. I will be going inside from now on to make sure they know how to get an order right. OR I may strike this Wendy’s location and go to MLK/Guad from now on…

I saw something today that I have never seen: an employee scrubbing the legs of the chairs and tables. Man, if that kind of cleanliness happens for the *tables,* I can only imagine that kitchen is something special. I won’t really think about how it was happening while I was sitting eating, I just like that attention to detail. And the manager was friendly as all get out, holy cow. Stood talking to this one guy who kept him engaged, not about anything in particular, but just b/c that guy wanted to talk. And of course the food is super quick. Okay, so maybe they left the sauce on both my chicken sandwich and the hubs’ burger when we requested dry. Secretly I really did want the sauce on mine, and they quickly exchanged that 99 cent bacon cheeseburger for one with no sauce — not just scraped off, but a whole new one. Sure, free woulda been nice, or to keep that one with sauce. But hey, 99 cents. And no hassle. Cool.

Aw, Wendy, we used to have such a great thing goin’! When I was little, I admired your Pippi Longstocking braids and old time-y newspaper tables. Your square burgers were a-OK in my book. But Wendy, you weren’t there when I needed you. My cohort Kevin and I needed some post-bar food, and since it was SNOWING(whaaa?) in Austin, we just wanted something quick and near my hotel. I wasn’t expecting much: a sour cream and chives potato. That’s all I ordered, and it’s pretty hard to mess that up. But Wendy, your staff was slacking. After we drove away far enough that it was a hassle to return, I discovered that: 1) I got no sour cream. C’mon! When there are two toppings, it’s not that complicated. Throw a container in the bag! 2) Though we somehow had 3 straws for 2 drinks(?!), we had ZERO utensils Now, I’m lucky that my hotel had some plasticware, ’cause I was so hungry, I probably would have eaten that dang potato with my bare hands. But Wendy, you sure did let me down. Yeah, yeah, I’ll return to another location someday, armed with lactaid, to consume the greater portion of a Frosty. But until then… eh, I’m a little embittered. I’m pretty sure Dave Thomas wouldn’t be too proud, Wendy. Get it together. I’m only saying this ’cause I care. Tough love.
