This is my 2nd time eating at a Whataburger and yet I’m not impressed. Service was dual and The lady that took my order messed it up. Well now I wasn’t really expecting a soggy burger that seemed like it was sitting in the warmer for a few hours. I should have checked the sandwich/burger before I drove off.

This location has gone WAY downhill in the last few weeks. Went tonight just before a large rush. Order 227733 if any one at whataburger corporate is watching. 25 minutes later I’m still waiting for my food because they decided to serve two friers full of fries before seeing my order. Go there if you have plenty of time to not eat. If you’re in a hurry, p Terry’s might be a better option.

I love Whataburger I despise this location. I have also bumped this location to my number one on my list of slowest drive thrus ever experienced in the United States previously topping a fast food in Oklahoma. This has been my experience on a few occasions, I can’t support this location anymore. Not to mention I ordered two meals tonight and it came with 5 mistakes from the employees.

If my grandmother is to ask for a senior drink, I expect her to be told yes with a smile. Not a «yeah» with the roll of the eyes and a smirk! How rude! If you hate your job so much find another one and stop taking it out on customers!

Wow, absolutely the slowest whataburger place I’ve ever been to but i totally undersyand why. The workers are super duper friendly and nice and they love small talk haha. Would have been juat 1 star if it wasn’t for the happy and friendly workers!

Although Whataburger is known for being slower than other fast food chains, this location takes it to an almost hilarious level. I pulled up to the end of the drive-through line almost ten minutes ago and the line hasn’t moved. I’d mind less if this didn’t happen every time, and I didn’t know stale fries would be at the end of it. For some reason when I’m so hungry that I want food immediately, I forget that going to this location is going to be a looong mistake.

This is the worst Whataburger in all the lands. And this is coming from a Whataburger fan. Consistently super long drive-thru lines and stale fries. When done right, Whataburger can be SO good. Unfortunately, this particular location just can’t get it right for some reason. The last late-night drive-thru line was nearly 30-minutes long to get my food. I almost fell asleep at the wheel.

I’ve been to this location several times. It seemed to take an inordinate amount of time each time. It’s either understaffed or lacking the basic organization to run smoothly.

Whataburger this was our last meal in Austin Texas before we traveled back to Chicago. I ordered my husband and I one jalapeños and shredded cheddar burger, onion rings and a root bear milk shake. We were just looking for a simple bite to eat late at night. We got our order to go, and we did a mistake by not checking our entire order. SO our bad, we walked out of the place drive back to our hotel to find out we got the wrong order. We got the onion rings but two WhatAburgers we never ordered. It wasn’t a great thing for us to get more food than we ordered because the flavors we wanted to have weren’t it. I hate mustard and onions in my burgers and both burgers had it. So it wasn’t my order I should’ve went back and corrected right? If this was my home town yes I would’ve. However, we drove out that way to get something to eat we got back to the hotel and it was super late. We had to sleep to wake up for a 7:00 a.m. flight. So long story short we didn’t report the mistake. I am sad because we would’ve done if otherwise. The experience I had with Whataburger wasn’t the greatest but it wasn’t horrible either. Their root beer milk shake was great and i love their onion rings. OH so next time WhataBurger if we meet again, I’ll get my jalapeños and shredded cheddar burger.

This store has taken a nose dive recently. I have lived nearby for the last five years and Whataburger is the only place around open late. It was always reliable and clean but recently the service became atrocious. During my last three visits I have either had by order entirely messed up, been ignored at the counter for over five minutes or had to wait twenty minutes for my food. One time it was all three. Avoid until they sort their management out.

This review is for just this location. In general I am a HUGE Whataburger fan, but this location is terrible. It takes 30+ minutes to get through the drive-through if there are more than 4 cars. The fries are always cold. And they never get my order right!

Why oh why can’t this location get it right? Slow as can be, both inside and out, and they consistently leave things out in the drive thru lane that they will tell you you«forgot» when you go back in to wait in yet another line. Almost no management presence, and the staff ranges from incompetent to just plain rude. Only thing saving it from a one-star is the food. Do yourself a favor and visit another location when your spicy ketchup craving hits.

Our cashier was very friendly! The store was also clean. One minor note: the bathroom light is motion activated, so I was awkwardly looking for a light switch in the dark for a few seconds. Our food just arrived as I was writing this review. The gentleman who delivered our food was also very friendly.

i’ve been to this location a couple times, usually late night. my last visit had a wait that was a little long, but i can’t be too upset about it — i wasn’t the only one in the area with the idea to stop at whataburger. the kid at the window was super nice; he even offered to throw all the burger fixings into my grilled cheese to give it some oomph factor.

Drive-Thru– We went at about 10:30PM and waited about 10 minutes in line which we didn’t mind. When we pulled up, the attendant sounded VERY happy to help us with our order. He gave us the price, and we pulled up to wait for our order. Took about 5 minutes to pay and receive, and the guy was still extremely nice. I got the #4 with no bun(Jalapeño Cheese Burger), and my husband got the Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich. Food was hot, and correct besides the forgotten ketchup and mustard on the #4. The burger was good and flavorful, and my husband said his sandwich was, too, but that he’d probably get a burger next time. I’d probably go again, but it wouldn’t be first on my list.

As far as fast food goes, I love this particular Whataburger! I used to go to various spots for a drive thru breakfast on my way to work but the morning shift peeps at this location are so pleasant and quick in the morning that I find myself mostly going here. What can I say? I’m not a morning person and it really helps that they’re always so cheerful. It also doesn’t hurt that they give my pup snacks in the drive thru.

I do not even want to give this location one star. Worst fast food experience ever, hands down. I will describe for you my last 3 visits. About a month ago, I went through the drive through and ordered a very simple order of 4 whataburgers. Nothing fancy, no subs, nothing. 4 sandwiches with everything on them. Get 4 burgers home and passed them around. Lo and behold all 4 burgers are missing meat!!! Call the store and they said they would comp my next meal. Wow, thanks! 2 weeks later, pull up to drive up just as the person in front of me is screeching out, off roading over the flower beds. I pull up and lady tells me they are out of meat! Hence the angry driver in front of me. She tells me I can get a whataburger jr. Ok I’ll have that and a chicken sandwich combo. Great that will be $ 17…what??? Pull up she says. Up I go, she shows me receipt. Ok you rang up 2 chickens and WJ meals. I repeat my simple order of the 2 combo meals. She comes back and now has 2 chicken and no WJ! We try 2 more times before I finally pull off with no food. Go home, call corporate. They are sorry, will call store. Store returns call in morning. Jeffery the manager is sooooo sorry. He is going to make it up to me and buy me 5 meals at no cost to me. Great! Tonight we go back only because we are getting comped meals. Order 3 patty melts and a WB, all combos. While I am waiting with the tune of Jeopardy going through my head, because it is taking so damn long, I bear witness to 2 drive through orders that are so messed up, the guys inside just can’t get it right. One person pulls out without food, the next says screw it just give me what you have. Now my food is ready. Guy brings me 2 little sacks, 2 sandwiches. I let him know I ordered 4 sandwiches. He looks at me like I have 3 heads and gets his manager. Manager says he remembers the 4 but just guesses he forgot to ring it up that way. He will fix it. Enter Theme from Jeopardy. This time while I am waiting, the lady behind me has her food and while checking her order realizes only half of hers is there. While they are now correcting both of our meals, I watch the kid behind counter take out a bag of fries from the fridge and bang it on the nasty floor before throwing it in the fryer! Finally get home and open up patty melts only to find they are meat only. No sauce, no onions, no nothin! Done! Done! Done! Will never be back, even if it was free the rest of my life!

What? I’ve never reviewed the Whataburger by my house? Not sure what to say. It’s pretty consistently a good Whataburger, although at times, it can be slow. Otherwise, it still represents a good fast food burger. Their ketchup alone makes it worth the visit.

First off, read my previous review. Nothing much has changed… except that I’m REALLY glad that I dislike onions instead of being allergic to them. Ordered my burger without onions(it’s even on the receipt!) and there they were, only to be discovered when I got home. Also, asked for unsweet tea(I enunciated and it was repeated back to me) and received sweet. This time, I mean it. I’m not coming back to this location. I’d rather drive much further for much better quality. Hell, I’d rather go to McDonald’s(as opposed to this Whataburger location)!
