Wildcreek Apartments

STAY AWAY!!! They are complete scam artists and run their business like uneducated children. The grounds and apartment are basic but the bugs were awful. Constant roach infestation. They have a wooden fence in the back of the complex with a huge gap in it and there have been multiple coyote sitings there which is right by the dog park. A residents cat was mauled and killed by it and when I reported it and they did absolutely nothing about it except let the buzzards come and pick at the body until there was nothing left. Truly horrific. They actually denied it was a coyote until multiple residents called 311 and reported it. They haven’t fixed the fence and there are NO LIGHTS back there at all so it’s terrifying walking your dog at night or early in the morning. On top of that I prepaid my lease so they said I could pay my water bills in a lump sum at the end. Halfway through my lease I get a giant bill in the mail claiming I owe them all these late fees… um no. It took them until I moved out to get it resolved. I also got towed from my own spot while I was there. Tried to charge me $ 193 to get my car back. Then at the final walk through they raved about what good condition the carpet was in. Got my check in the mail for a whopping $ 29 because they claimed they had to replace the entire carpet due to an «odor» that occurred after I moved out. They’re claiming it’s a «dog smell» so they can pin it on me, even though there was a fire and a flood, and plumbing issues in my unit while I was there. So if there’s any smell it’s because of the water that seeped in through the floorboards. But no, they’re going to call it a «dog smell» so I have to pay for it. Tried to confront them and sure enough the person I did the walk through with is «out of the office». It’s been over a week. I’m so glad I didn’t renew my lease and I’m done with them. I’ve never complained about an apartment complex or written a bad review and I’ve lived in some ghetto ass run down places.

Friendly and caring staff. Great price. Fantastic reviews. Friendly neighbors and great community. Fast and efficient maintenance. Clean and nice looking. No monthly pet rent. Quiet. Peaceful. Spacious rooms. I love it here. Oh, and it’s close to the airport and has a shuttle to UT. SUPER convenient. It’s also close to HEB Fuel and HEB Plus. :)
