Professional doesn’t describe this place at all. Short-​tempered and impatient is more like it. If you don’t like your job, quit and go find yourself something better. I contacted one of their ‘specialists’ and got someone that was impatient, impolite, and I’ll-mannered. I had a few questions that I needed help with getting answers to, but any time I tried to say something, he would cut me off and try to answer a question that he didn’t fully understand because he wouldn’t even give me a chance to finish a sentence. I could tell that he was getting madder and more impatient because of his tone of voice until he apparently got so annoyed with me asking questions that I needed answers to that he decided to hang up. No warning at all. Just a beep telling me that the call had ended. He was a specialist. A specialist at being a fool who thought he knew how to do his job correctly, only to become impatient and hang up on a possible client.
Don’t waste your time on this garbage. There are plenty of actual respectable businesses that can do above and beyond what this company did because THEY KNOW how to treat people with respect.
Do yourselves and your other possible clients a common courtesy and manage your business correctly. Either that or shut down completely.
