Shame on me for not firing them the first year after one of their associates didn’t know how to use email and even after she figured that out managed to miss charitable contributions I had given them the receipts for. On the second year, they caused issues with my return by e-​filing and not sending with documentation. With that, they recently tried to charge me for $ 500 for «conversations» related to my return over a year after those conversations happened. Wow.
