Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. I was to have two flat screen TVs wall mounted, and one sound bar mounted. The first installer called at the time he was to arrive and said he was still in San Antonio and didn’t think he could make it to Austin. After I called the office, he apparently changed his mind and came to my home. While here, he attempted to upsell me various cables to «make the job right.» He refused to relocate the electrical outlet, saying «the sales people don’t see what needs to be done, so we don’t guarantee that.» The sound bar (ordered from Zip Express Installers) had yet to arrive, so the installer left half the job undone, saying he would complete it when he came back to install the sound bar. Half an hour before the next installer was to arrive to complete the installation, I received a call from their office to let me know they were having «problems» with the original installer and he wouldn’t be coming out. They said they would call to reschedule. One week went by and I finally called them and arranged to have another installer come out. One half hour before he was due to arrive, I receive a call from this installer saying he wouldn’t be able to make it and tried to reschedule for two days later. Since I had already taken off a total of three days to get this installation complete, I refused. I again called the office and requested to speak to a manager. Needless to say, I am still waiting for that call. And I am out $ 1,200 for this «service». BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY — THE JOB WILL BE HALF COMPLETED AND YOU WILL GET NOTHING BUT EXCUSES.
