Mojo’s Pub -N- Grill

We have driven by here numerous times and decided to give it a try after reading reviews. The food is great, staff is very friendly and it is clean. We will be coming back!

Don’t let the outside fool you, it’s very very very very good. Friendly people and great food. Their frozen lemonade was good. All 4 of us were happy with the food and service. The music was set to a nice low volume which I like. We’d definitely go back.

Very pleasantly surprised. Went in kinda late expecting to find just typical bar food. Not the case.
Although this is a bar and a very nice one at that, it does dinner very well. We had the Chicken and Crab. Yummy! The crime sauce was beautiful. Maybe a little amount of sauce but that is just me. Under the sauce was a perfectly cooked fork tender chicken breast with a meaty crab cake atop it.
Give this place a try.

It’s nice everyone welcome us as we came in made room for our party of 5. We ordered our meals took a while for our order to come in. The burger was from a frozen patty. Not what I wanted from a $ 11.00 burger? I though at least it would be fresh!!! We are in Ohio Cow town USA!
Every one was happy with there meals… Missing what you would expect on your salad onion more than one piece of cucumber some tomato?
Ok meal not 5 star but far… I didn’t get my BBQ sauce with my The Morrison Burger? I asked about it… never got it.

If you find yourself driving on route 80 in Ohio, thus restaurant is a great place to stop. Food is fresh and really delicious. Lots of TVs to watch the game. Very clean. Nice waitstaff. We tried the French Onion soup, the kids has the children fingers which were made fresh with white meat, the flatbread was delicious. It’s a perfect stop for lunch or dinner during a road trip.

Overall… A decent fun place for a group, a first date… or before the comedy club downstairs.
Cool music theme… Okay for all ages.
This IS a bar/​restaurant, however; the bar is NOT the main focus of this establishment… and I like that.
So if you feel a ‘lil squirrelly STARING at all the pretty bottles during dinner… makin ya thirsty… ;)
Do not fear …
there are plenty of seats where you won’t face the bar. If that’s a challenge for you.
Having said that…
The wait staff are accommodating and usually on point, except the hostess. At times they’ve been unfriendly. We’ve been downright ignored. It appears they just don’t realize the folks are ‘choosing’ to spend their money at this restaurant
(job security… right?). I did ask for something which wasn’t on the menu, a simple BLT for my youngest child. The cook did make the sandwich, at a price of $ 8.95…what?
(three pieces of half burnt microwaved bacon and a handful of fries)
WoW… Shocker… It was sub par…
I rarely complain of price, but as the previous reviews said, the price point is a bit off value. Look for coupons I guess. The portion size is smaller than most places around this area, so you may not have a midnight snack.
Call ahead for reservations on Fri/​Sat peak time nights.

My husband and I have been meaning to try this place since it opened, and now we’re kicking ourselves for not coming sooner. The atmosphere is great– it really has that pub feel. It’s very comfortable and is a place I would hang out in. We were there before the dinner rush so not sure how loud/​rowdy it would be during that time but still, the environment would make me comfortable even in a crowd.
The staff was wonderful. The server was attentive and helpful with suggestions when asked.
They have a wide variety of beer, wine, and specialties cocktails. I had the chocolatini and it was very good. They had some seasonal creations and wine that I wouldn’t mind trying next time I go.
The food is excellent. I decided to be adventurous and try the BBQ Lasagna. It was really unique and I enjoyed it. The pulled pork was cooked perfectly. The only thing I would say is it needed more BBQ sauce, both on top and between the layers. My husband got the BBQ Sampler with the pulled pork (which had the same sauce as the lasagna), chicken, and wings with the Mojo sauce. It was all cooked well and the chicken was moist. The Mojo sauce was really good as well– tangy with a little sweet.
Overall this was a great experience and we look forward to going back.

Had great food. Great service. Great drinks. And enjoyed the comedy show. Super funny comic. It was a very enjoyable evening.

Nice atmosphere, Classice rock music, very nice waitress, ordeted the Rueben, and usually a Rueben is piled high, but not this one. . thats the only complaint, the waitress will get a good tip, but if i were tipping the cook, it wouldnt be good.

Three stars for great service. Our party of six, we had three good meals and three bad. The burgers were good but the salads were subpar. For the cost of dinner, we could’ve had a better meal at a fast food place. However, the service was great and the waitress attentive.

Have been coming here for years, however the last few times have been sub par. My husband got the chicken special which was a 2 breast special in a Cajun Alfredo sauce. These breasts must have come off of the world’s smallest chicken. They looked like tenderloins. It was a shame to charge $ 13.99 for that dish. We will give it one more try… hopefully it will be better.

We’ve eaten here every couple of months for several years now and have never had a bad meal. Although listed as a pub and grill the noise level is closer to that of a restaurant. Service has always been fast and provided by friendly and attentive young people. What we like best is that although they have all the standard bar food — wings, burgers, etc. they also have some other nice choices. For example you can get a broiled fish filet with baked potato, a grilled chicken dish, and others including nice salads.

Excellent place to eat and get together. We have been coming here for the past 6 months. Food Is great. Service is excellent. Comedy club downstairs is wonderful. You must try it out

This was my 3^rd or 4^th visit and I just plain like this place alot. Yes, it is a bar restaurant with sports TV going, no fancy atmosphere but it just all works. I have had Friday night fish (who else offers Haddock, Walleye, Lake Erie Perch, Grouper and Salmon) burgers and salads and all have been wonderfully prepared large portions. Service has always been fast, friendly and accurate. Nice selection of craft beers and wine. For sure, we will be back.

This place has a really cool vibe. Good food and good prices. After dinner we had a wait to get our check and it wasn’t busy, but hey, the food is good, I’ll let is slide.

In the end (also a great choice) the portion was to big for a 16 year old brought the other half home for lunch tomorrow.
Ordered an appetizer hot peppers and oil with fresh bread. That is really good if you like that kind of thing. Spicier the better
Anyway it’s a great place to try if you haven’t already. Josh the manager/​bartender has a great personality makes you feel very welcome. Thanks Josh

I was excited about the ribs. They were a bit disappointing. They came off the bone nicely but seemed a little tough and stringy. The meat was not very flavorful without the sauce. The Mojo sauce was rather good. Similarly, the shrimp tacos looked great but were underwhelming. The shrimp were bland and dry. The sweet potato fries were soggy. However, the onion rings were decent and the spinach artichoke dip was very good although expensive. For such a small town in a non-​destination area, I was surprised at the size of the bill. For a mediocre meal for two adults and two children and no drinks, we paid close to $ 70. On another note, the server was friendly and fast. The manager (?) also tried to have conversation with us. I appreciate his effort to make us feel welcome. Service, thumbs up. Atmosphere, thumbs up. Quality of food and price, thumbs down.

The restaurant is mediocre at best.
My chicken & bacon was grilled until it was burnt.
Took half home and threw in in the trash…

Wow… This place has slowly become one of my favorites… Everything is served hot and freshly prepared… Very nice menu!
