We ordered a case of box cutters on 8÷4÷2015 at 4:10PM, order number 117862 from these guys. The price was good but only received about half the order. This was a rather expensive order for $ 165.34. We called Pack and Seal the same day the order came and let them know that half the order was missing. The office staff person said that the shipping department must have messed up. They said they would have the boss call us and take care of the problem within a few hours. We never got a call back. I called again about 5 hours later. They said that the correct amount was sent out and that something must have happened to our order with UPS. The office staff said that they would not send the missing items to us and that we would have to wait for UPS to compensate us on the order. I received a call from UPS about a week later and they did a package inspection on the carton that Pack and Seal sent out. The inspection did not go so well since Pack and Seal sent out a light weight box with heavy items in it. This is the reason the package split open during transit and half the order was lost. We received 13 out of 24 boxes. This is at total loss of $ 89.56. UPS taped up the box and sent what they found to us. Pack and Seal does not want to take the financial loss for poor packaging that they did. I have requested that they just send the missing items to us that we paid for. They do not want to do this because it would cost them money. They apparently are not getting any kind of reimbursement from UPS due to the poor packaging. I filed a PayPal claim against them to recover the losses. They are now fighting the PayPal claim not to mention the extraordinarily poor customer service I have received. The date is now 8÷24÷2015. I am still waiting to get the merchandise I paid for or part of my money back. Since Pack and Seal is still not wanting to take responsibility for their mistake and fighting me at PayPal, I have to file a Police Report to try and get part of the money back for merchandise I never received. It is my hope that Justice will prevail in some small way. I thought it might be a good idea to lets folks know that if they buy something from these guys, they might be in for a nightmare for no fault of their own. I placed an order for a Kraft paper roll on June 15th. After about two weeks I called to follow up on my order. Spoke to a gentlemen called Terby who informed me about the item being on back order. He assured me I will receive it in about week and he would call me personally to let me know the item has been shipped. Now today, Jul 8th a week later when I did’t hear back from him, I called back again and he said, the item is on the truck and you should be receiving in on Wed or Thursday but was not able to give me a tracking number. These guys get a F for follow up and overal customer service. Alex
