Beniley Wellness Center & Spa

I’ve been coming here since last year when I bought my first groupon with them. I continued to wax there because Marisa does an amazing job and leaves you good as new. The environment is small and cozy and CLEAN, although they should play some relaxing tunes to not have it so quiet. I haven’t waxed with Beni but I’m sure she’s just as good. Definitely recommend.

Very professional & friendly environment! I was happy to see that she did not double dip the stick. I def recommend this wellness center for waxing… I haven’t experienced any other treatments so I can’t speak on them.

I got a groupon for waxing. Made an appointment because it’s almost a sin not to make one with her; however, when I got there I had to wait at least 30 mins to go upstairs to be seen by her.
The service was quick, which for me is a big plus. I don’t like a wax to take too long. I had no hairs left, she did a good job. Her waxing room was clean and illuminated. She is not the most charismatic person on earth, and even though I didn’t go to be friends with her, in this business people should be more friendly.
That is not the reason I’m taking away a star, the reason is that she charged me the tip even though it was not on the groupon I bought. I don’t mind leaving the tip, obviously I was going to tip her, but don’t tell me how much to tip you.
And, the location and the waiting time are reasons why I wouldn’t make this my first option when it comes to waxing. I expect to be seen at the time of my appointment.
If you don’t mind any of this, then I would recommend her. Her waxing skills are good.

I love the service I get from Beniley. She is very professional and personable. I recommend Beniley for waxing, facial treatments, massages, etc. I have been coming to Beni for over 8 years and I’ve never been disappointed. She is truly a gem!

The only reason i was trying to go here was because of a groupon deal. however after purchase it says you have to make an appointment– so i called and called (because the online service would not allow me to say my option or use the groupon) only received answering service without a call back. so i decided to drop by… the place was closed for construction. when they re-​opened i went by again and they would not honor the groupon (and were rude about it).
so my opinion either call before purchasing and see if they are available or just go somewhere.
p. s. I never write reviews but they were really unprofessional and rubbed me the wrong way

Went for the first time for a Brazilian wax. All I have to say is hold on for dear life. She is super fast and some women may complain about that but I prefer to get it over with quickly. Will go again.

I got a groupon for a waxing service and it was ok. She does the job but I had far better waxing than this. It is worth the money. However she charges you (without even asking) 20% tip over the regular price of the service. Considering she is the only one (she doesn’t have any staff or great premises) I think that is way too much, and even if I want to tip 20% that would be my call. I am not coming back.

Love this place, everything is fast and good quality services!

I can’t speak for the services for the ladies, but for guys that want a back wax (or something similar); this is the place to go.
The service is fast and cheap. You won’t get a pampering experience, but most guys don’t that every time. It’s all business and quick. You can get work done in 20 minutes, maybe even less.
Most places in Miami charge an arm and a leg to wax your arm and your leg :)
So it’s good to know that you can find a place that’s close by where you won’t spend all your weekend fun money.
I will definitely be coming back.

I have had 2 services here. Eyebrow wax and a facial. I bought the facial groupon and paid full price for the brows.
Brows: This would be 3 stars maybe. I am very picky about the shape, trimming, eveneness etc. She did a good job, but not anything super special. She did squeeze me in on super short notice. Plus .5
Facial: My first ever. No one ever told me how much they hurt! Like seriously. Ouch. Not sure if that is the norm, but it was worth it! My skin is looking awesome. She explained every step of the process. She recommended some products for me that are working like miracles. And no: not some super expensive products she sells, but some regular stuff from whole foods.
I will definitely be back for another facial. I wish she would choose some relaxing music for the place though, instead of radio, I hate ads.
Beniley is super nice and personable. Facility is very clean. Excited to return.

I, too, found Beniley through the Groupon. Her sweet demeanor and thoroughness keep me coming back. I love the new space, quiet and comfortable. I have been going back over and over for waxing, and she always makes me feel completely comfortable. I’ve also had her do microdermabrasion and am looking forward to a facial. She is very generous with deals, which really helps in this economy. I love it!

Like last time the result of my facial was good, but she was really rushing and perhaps could have done more extractions; she took about 30 minutes less than my allotted time. The facial was suppose to be an hour, but she probably spent about 35 minutes. my shaping was suppose to be 10 minutes, but spent about 5. I had to return for her to finish them. The problem was that she didn’t pluck a single hair when she waxed my eyebrows. Once I was in the car I realized her mistake, so I had to turn around and now I had to wait again. She had been 15 minutes late for my appointment, which she never acknowledged. Once I got back in there she was going to fix them while I stood, I had ask for me to lay back down. I’m disappointed with the customer service, she is sweet and did apologize for my eyebrows, but I like to get what I pay for without having to remind the person especially since I always tip her on the full price. It really pains me to write this, but I believe she could have provided a better experience. Not sure I’ll be back. This was my second visit and I was not impressed.

Beniley– If I could give you 6 stars, I would! I have been to other very popular waxing centers and you have single-​handedly surpassed them!
I found Beniley through Groupon and got the deal of a lifetime. Even without the groupon deal, her prices are very reasonable and she is very personable. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or out of place. She is very warm, inviting, and sweet. Also, a HUGE plus in my book– VERY CLEAN! I was sincerely very happy with her facility and with her. Will definitely be returning for my future waxing and facials!

I found Beniley from a Groupon special. Today I had a European facial and she did a wonderful job! In fact I can honestly say it was the best one I ever had. After she finished she showed me the mirror and my problem area of enlarged pores on my nose was completely cleared! Beniley is a sweetheart and I will be coming back for sure.

Excellent service and great job! The woman who helped me out was so friendly and professional! Will definitely come back to this place! :)
