We have been coming here for a few years and the staff is always very helpful, patient and friendly. This time Mily helped me pick out a great new pair of frames. My kids and I also get our eye exams here and are happy with the care we receive from Dr Ashley.

I had a good experience at this For Eyes location. I was able to get an appointment the same day and have everything taken care of in a day. I received my new glasses in a week. The staff for friendly, helpful and in inviting. My only complaint is the limited selection of men’s frames and recognizable brands. When I went there was only one pair of Ray Bans and one of Burberry frames. The rest of the frames were Randy Jackson, Marc Ecko, Eco, or Ecko unlimited. Stores like Lens crafters or independent dealers have much better selection. I ended up just having them change the lens in my current sunglasses to get frames that I wanted. Overall, I would return for the doctor, but not sure about frames.

I went to this For Eyes location to get new glasses and contacts. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a wide selection of fashionable frames at varying prices. Overall, an enjoyable experience and I will return to this location to buy contacts in the future.

I have been coming here for years, the optometrist and the staff are the best. They are extremely professional and courteous. The optometrist has worked with fitting me in the most comfortable lenses with my tough prescription. The opticians have always given me the best competitive prices on contacts and glasses.

ek-Edit Last year, in 2013, I had my eyes checked in this place. They overcharged my co-payment by $ 40.00. I didn’t realize this until 4 months later when I happened to call VSP and found out. I went to the store and complained. They gave me a $ 40.00 credit from the store instead of a refund. I ended up using something from the store that I didn’t need, so in other words, I lost $ 40.00. I was in the store again a few months ago, in January of 2014, to get new glasses. I paid my co-payment as usual. A few days ago, it came to my mind that episode from last year and I decided to call VSP again. Well, guess what? They overcharged me by $ 62.25. What? For the second time? YES ! This time, VSP called them to complain. I had to go to the store, this time for a refund. I gave them my Debit Card information so they could refund my bank directly. Two days later(today) I called the store to ask for my refund and the person who answered the phone said: «I thought you wanted a store credit»… OMG … What was I there for? My question now is: If they overcharged me by mistake TWICE(???), when they got paid by my insurance, didn’t they realize that they had overcharged the customer? Why didn’t hey call me to let me know I had a credit? I am very upset, and if my refund doesn’t show up in my bank account today, I’ll take them to court. If you have co-payments, do a favor to yourself — call your insurance company to make sure you were charged the right co-pay… It’s OK to be fooled once, but TWICE? Give me a break :(

I went there to get a prescription for contacts & I was quoted only a copay of $ 20. The optometrist gave me an exam & then proceeded to tell me that she will not give me the prescription since she saw an infection. She said she didn’t want me wearing contacts until it cleared up. Then she wanted to charge me another $ 100 for an office visit after I double checked on the fee 2x! She was very rude & she did not make me feel comfortable at all. She wouldn’t budge after I expressed how uncomfortable I felt. Stay away.

The store offers not a bad selection of frames but I was very disappointed(to say the least) by the way they conduct business. During the process I was given all kinds of BS by sales people just to suck more money out of me. If they would be smart about it they would have coordinated the prices between each other. It took me 2 days of negotiations and frustrations to make them finally stick to their own advertised prices. Finally they told me that my glasses(I ordered 2 pairs) will be ready within 7 days and they will call me once they are. After 10 days of waiting I decided to give them a call to see what’s going on. To my surprise the glasses were ready for 5 days and nobody bothered to call me. I would not go back there again.

Not the best customer service. They also tried to charge me more for my contacts than 1−800-contacts but since I am the queen of research I knew the price they were about to charge me was higher… even they promised they were the lowest. Maybe it was a mistake, but I doubt it. No one was ever genuinely nice but kind of rude on every visit. I now go elsewhere.
