I went in to check on the iffy performance of my watch battery and see it was finally time to replace it. The battery was fine, but the watch mechanism itself needed repair. Since I’d only had the watch 3 years, the only charge for this would be the $ 8 for shipping. I was then then told of a policy whereby you’re given a new watch for 50% off if your current watch has to be shipped of for repairs. So guess who got a new watch?
