Gallery of Cakes

They made my sisters 30^th birthday cake. It was exactly what we ordered and it was delicious. Everyone loved it including my sister.

I have been a customer of Gallery of Cakes for years. They used to make my birthday cakes when I was younger. They made my gorgeous wedding caks and now that I have my own children, they make my kids birthday cakes every year and recently they made my daughter the most beautiful cake ever!!! It was more than I could have ever expected! It was beautiful, delicious, and absolutely breath-​taking! I will always be a customer at Gallery of Cakes.

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CAKE EVER! And it tasted even better than it looked! I had a very specific picture in my mind of what I wanted my cake to be and I was nervous to get my hopes up that I would get it. I had heard great things about Gallery of Cakes so I decided to give it a try, best decision ever. They gave me everything I wanted and more! My cake was moist and absolutely delicious! Customer service was amazing, going above and beyond to make sure that the cake was where it needed to be at the right time… Thank you Gallery of Cakes! Highly recommend!

Our wedding cake was a major disappointment. It looked nothing like the pictures emailed and design we discussed in exact details and agreed on. The worst part the color instead of bright magenta was very pale blue — purple. The top tier had a poor damaged shape. Overall the cake had very poor execution. The only plus in this three tier cake mess was the taste. Unfortunately worst cake I’ve ever seen ended up being our wedding cake. Gallery Of Cakes brought bride’s nightmare to life.

Picked up a cake for my nephew’s birthday party, the owners were extremely nice and helpful. The cake soooo good, honestly the cake was a layered raspberry and mocha covered with wedding cake frosting. Simply terrific.

The quality of the cakes are terrible!!! I got a messy homemade looking cake with the wrong design and wrong filling. This cake was the poorest quality I have ever seen from a professional Cake bakery!
I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday party. The order was placed with the owner weeks in advance. I send an email with the exact image of the cake along with strawberry filling and cake vanilla cake previous to the owner accepting the order to make sure that they could make it.
Yesterday, when my husband arrived to pick up the cake 20 minutes after it was should have been ready, the owners husband could not find it, then announced they did not start decorating it yet. My husband called me to let me know there was a problem (husbands owner) then told him to come back in 20 minutes and he would decorate the cake. The design requires time to decorate because each petal has to individually put on and layered to create the overall design (not a 20 minute rush job)!
When my husband returned later to pick up the cake it was already boxed up so he could not view it before bringing it home. When he got to the house were in shock that «Gallery of Cakes» would give this cake to a customer. The cake looked like a messy homemade job. Later on at our party we found out they used the same purple buttercream as the filling a well. WE ASKED FOR STRAWBERRY!!!
When I called the owner and told her about the cake she said she should have looked at it before sending it out and that her employees could not do the design. If that is the case why did she except my order or notified? Regardless, I deserve to have a professional cake. The owner then asked me to bring back the cake and she would remove the icing and re-​decorate it. Honestly, who has time for that when the party is about to start.
Needless to say we will not be placing more orders.
