Customer service is non-existent. Would not recommend this company even if the mattress were FREE. Spent over $ 4000.00 on a Tempurpedic and they did not honor the in-house trial period. To this day, I don’t think they delivered a real Tempurpedic. I might as well sleep on the floor for more comfort, and I’ve slept on Tempurpedic for over 20 years! I am calling my attorney to handle this issue, reporting this to the BBB and the State attorney’s office! They are not going to get away with this!

Horrible horrible horrible, we came in on a Sunday afternoon. After agreeing on a matress the sales man let us know that our order was going to be delivered Monday August 25th between 12pm-4pm. Monday morning comes around, at 1:35pm I give a call to the Aventura location the store we bought the matress from. I ask the representative what’s the status of my order. He then pulls up my info and proceeds to tell me that he doesn’t have any info pertaining to my delivery. He states the phones of the warehouse are down and nothing they can do, he then tells me that he’s going to call me back in 20 minutes. So 3:30 comes around when there’s only a half hour window for my move-in to take place since I live in a condo association my g/f calls and apparently the phone lines come back on. She speaks to the warehouse manager and apparently the sales rep didn’t send the order to the warehouse. The warehouse manager promises us that our delivery is going to be made the next day before 11am. Come Tuesday morning we are anxious to get our new mattress we went shopping the night before for the covers and sheets. Also our 2 year old Simmons was killing us so 9am rolls around and we are calling the warehouse to verify our delivery. I ask for Darielle the warehouse manager and he doesn’t even remember us or our move. At this point my g/f is about to loose it, she calls them and he doesn’t even want to talk to her. He give her the delivery guys phone number. Mind you she’s at work, I have taken a 2 days off because of this. I get a hold of the driver and he proceeds to tell me that he is just leaving Aventura and that he has 5 stops before my delivery and that he estimates to be here at 1pm. Totally unacceptable, they roll around 1pm no apologizes or follow up from the warehouse manager. Overall it was a nightmare and cooperate needs to know how bad the communication. Everyone is blaming and pointing the fingers I probably won’t recommend this store at all.
