The Manager of Mia Jewelry, a nice woman by the name of Angie contacted me and extended her sincere apologies for my experience, and asked me to visit the store a second time so that she could rectify the situation and give me a gift. I was touched by her graciousness and it allowed me to consider giving MJ a second chance. The thoughtful gift that was given to me also warmed my heart, but I was reluctant to even return to the store at all. Rather, I suggested that they invest in training their employees in improving their customer service skills. However, she insisted and I was thankful, but informed that the employee has received several complaints which left me wondering how she could keep her job with such a record of disservice.
I digress. If I do shop MJ in the future, I hope to find either Angie there to assist me or quality customer service from its other employees.

For gorgeous, glam and wallet-​friendly jewelry my go-​to accessories boutique is Mia Jewelry. I popped into their Alton Road location today and scooped up an edgy Skull Ring with Druzy stones, hamsah bracelet AND aqua teardrops earrings for under $ 200. Talk about bang for your buck!
I also like the vibe at Mia. The boutique is teeming with eye candy — from Alexis Bittar Lucite earrings to bohemian bangles to even men’s gems. Both the Alton Road and Aventura door are meticulously merchandised in a come-​look-​at-​me manner.
And I just caught wind that the store launched an e-​commerce, site at
. The latter notion could be disasterous for my nighttime online shopping benders…

I really wish I liked MIA Jewelry… the place looks great, like a cute upscale-​looking jewelry boutique. They also have a lot of nice, trendy pieces and the sales people are very attentive and helpful. They even go the extra mile of placing your purchase in an adorable little gift box with the MIA logo on it.
But even all those great things about its exterior will not allow me to give this place a good review due to one horrid fact: the quality of their jewelry is terrible! At least that’s been my experience with 3 out of 3 items purchased there. One of them was just sitting in my jewelry box for a week and it started to turn green. Their jewelry is comparable to the quality of Forever 21 jewelry but without the ultra-​cheap price, so sad.

Cutest jewelry store in Sobe for sure, with an abundance of jewelry of all kinds. Definitely something for everyone. I love going here and have received the best pieces as birthday and anniversary gifts. You can window shop all day long, but i strongly suggest you walk in :) I think you will walk away with a little something special to make ya smile.
I have since moved from FL and am looking forward to the web site going up :) so i can continue to collect ;)

I absolutely love this store, I usually go to the south beach store but every so often hit up the aventura mall location as well. My girlfriends always compliment me on the pieces i wear from this store. And now they carry select pieces of men’s jewelery so I cna shop for myself and boyfriend!
The staff has always been welcoming and friendly, i shop and chat with them at same time. I hear they are working on putting a fan page on facebook and soon will be having a website where you can purchase online… awesome!

I have shopped at mia both in aventura mall and south beach on multiple occasions. Their selection is unbelievable and they always have new things. They make shopping for my wife or for gifts for my kids teachers very easy. I know they are going to love whatever I pick from there. The salespeople have always been very helpful and attentive. The prices are very reasonable. I am actually surprised sometimes that the items dont cost more. I would highly recommend the stores for anyone in need of a unique gift for very reasonable prices. You wont find the items they sell at other stores so you dont have to worry that others are going to have the same exact piece.
