Hate this place so much. Never enough cashiers. No help to be had. It’s the office store version of Home Depot, but where is the«Lowes» in this category? Answer: there is none. Thanks Bain Capital. Thanks Mitt. Your stores are all s – t.

Place is a disaster, been there a couple of times items priced incorrectly and a 30+ wait time to pay… Huge fail, not going there again!

Terrible. The staff delights in deliberately ignoring you in efforts to wrest your dignity and patience. They seem miserable and want to pass the bad karma on. Like other reviewers, I stood in line waiting for copies that were supposed to be ready for pickup an hour before I arrived. They never printed them. When I showed them my order, they promised to print them then and there. So I stood and waited… and the person working the copy center just ignored me any everyone else behind me in line: The copy center employee stated«I will print your copies now», then turned around and started leisurely doing something else while the folks in line fumed. The manager came over and printed my copies, and she seemed pretty reasonable. Lady, I wish you the best in managing your employees! But until they can make eye contact, smile, and get the job done, I’m going elsewhere.

Don’t bother trying to have copies made here. You will waste so much time trying to have the incompetent office staff retrieve your email or make you a copy. Not to mention they have terrible attitudes. There is no sense of urgency here. Employees take their sweet ass time retrieving your work while you stand there getting high blood pressure. They also talk down to you and treat you like dirt. I spoke to the supervisor but he is part of the problem. Although he is nice– he wouldn’t mind if u wait all Damn day

They are amazing, the associates are brilliant but i really wish they would put more employees on the floor to further the customer experience.

Just walked out because an employee spoke to me like a child and the manager couldn’t be bothered with the situation. NEVER going to this location again.

This is absolutely the worst Office Depot out there. The service is horrible, people treat you like you’re a dog. No attention, I’ve been standing in the copy line for the past 30min just to find out that the color printer is broken and I have to go somewhere else. These people even had the audacity of telling me I should’ve asked earlier if all the printers were working… AREYOUSERIOUS??? I’m supposed to assume certain printers will be broken and I should ask before I come print something at a place known for making prints? This is just absurd. They need to get new staff immediately, nothing moves forward here. Staff keeps on chit chatting instead of helping the 7 other people waiting for their services.

THEWORST customer service ever. Put me on hold for 12 minutes just to check if they have the product in stock(i was on the line just to hear what the reply will be after putting me on hold) I call again and she says«oh okay can you please hold again» «…uh.» They obviously don’t care if customers are waiting on the line. Clearly shows they are not being trained properly. Then the third person that i talk to tells me «we don’t carry that here» Why dosen’t the other employee know that? Train your employees RIGHT. WORST thing to happen in the morning. If you can’t remember things, just stay home :)

Unlike Wal-Mart, which was a zoo 2 weeks before school started with all the back-to-school shopping, and which lacked many school supplies, Office Depot was strangely quiet and almost empty. Also unlike Wal-Mart, there was an actual customer service… you know, people you could ask questions about and could point you in the right direction for supplies? For this, I am giving this location 4 stars: abundance of supplies, quiet, large aisles, available help on the floor, and a vast parking lot.

Office Depot, I want to like you. I truly do. I have been to your other locations and they have been stocked well, with friendly service, and no attitude. I have ordered from you online and it’s always at my door within a few days and free shipping. Why oh why, when I walk into this Office Depot, do I feel my soul being sucked outside of my body? I give this location one star because there are one or two employees who wait at the entrance and say hello, welcome, and greet you. They are also extremely pleasant and say thank you when you leave. The issue is the in-between. Most of the times I come here and they are out of the item I am looking for. This can range from cardstock, printable nametags, mailing labels… standard stuff that should constantly be in stock. I once purchased two boxes of convention-style name badges. We got them back to the office and one entire box was missing the nametags(it was sealed so we couldn’t open it at the store). My boss reasoned that it was too much aggravation to go back so we literally ordered more online and ate the $ 40. Not nice, Office Depot. For some reason the checkout clerks seem overly annoyed that you actually want to purchase items from the store, and are pretty rude and unhelpful. Which is odd, considering the overly-friendly manager/store greeter is standing not yet five feet from the cash registers. Do they simply allow the cashiers to have a sour attitude? I only go to this location when I absolutely need something and can’t wait for delivery. I usually drive to the Miami Beach location, 16 miles away, when I don’t want to «take my chances». Not exactly convenient but worth it to avoid the aggravation and bad customer service.

Your typical Office Depot. But it really sucks to get to from the North. While heading south on Biscayne Blvd, there is no left turn available to that plaza. You have to make a u-turn at the causeway turn and I often have to sit through the light twice. I have seen 2 accidents at this light as well. Let’s all face it, the best thing about Office Depot is that they deliver. At our office, we play the«1, 2, 3, NOTIT!» game to see who is the sucker who has to go when we can’t wait for delivery.
