It’s like they scraped these people off the bottom of the barrel of the human garbage can. They were out of the first three things I tried to order. Josephine in particular while ringing me up was super rude and seemed to be annoyed when I asked about my gift card balance. And that I was ordering things that were on the menu. Lazy workers. Cold food that took too long to be dished up. Also it looked like someone barfed in the garbage can by the drink station. Got to work and didn’t have any forks or spoons for my soup and salad. Only three knives.

Always very slow and chaos from ordering to order pickup. The worst panera in the area for sure. Ordered a bagel toasted. Apparently you have to take it home and toast yourself. Just threw in a bag and handed to me. Sandwich took over ten minutes for bagel with egg. Employees running around lost.

All of the staff and customers were so nice. I was able to study there comfortably and felt very welcome! Customers were striking up conversations with one another, families were having dinner, strangers studying separately commiserated/shared knowing nods. It’s nice to find an alternative to the library :) The young woman running the food was especially nice. 5 stars if they shampoo the carpet and clean the bathroom…

delicious food and ok prices but portions on to go menu are kind of small. i like to eat the bakery good, soups and sandwiches and i like receiving offers online and on my panera card for bigger discounts.

Great atmosphere, employees and excellent food; but seriously why do they really need to keep the temperature near the 60°F’s all the time???

I am a frequent client(3 + times a week) this place is always packed! At least for lunch, the food is great and fresh, I always enjoy my meal and feel I am eating healthy

Many of the times I have came to this Panera Bread, the service was slow and took too long. However, placing an order online for pickup was near seemless. It was ready when I arrived so I could grab and go.

The staff working during late evenings are so nonchalant. They could not care less about customer service. They spend more time laughing with each other, then spending time talking to the customer. Because they are so entertained among themselves, they take forever to get your order(ON A SLOWEVENING) and also they mix it up. They gave me somebody else’s order. When I brought it up to the attention of the manager, he just laughed it off with the rest of the staff. Terrible customer service, non genuine. I do not think I will be returning to that store. Plus, why is there not a customer service number listed on their website?

Food is good, but slightly overpriced. Opens at 6am. Soup is not served til 11am. Service okay. Server could have been friendlier.

This is definitely a panera. The food is standard, but this place always seems busy and slow. The staff are nice, but the dinning room seems like it isn’t cleaned as frequently as it should. Also, given the location, there are always lot of students taking up tables so it is sometimes hard to find somewhere to sit.

The service at this Panera Bread is always a struggle. They get orders wrong, long wait times, etc. We usually come with the hopes it will be a quick in and out operation but most times I end up regretting it. Unfortunately, it’s so close that we end up getting suckered more times than I’d like to admit.

Do yourself a favor and skip the soba noodle chicken bowl. It was horrible. It of course looked NOTHING like the commercials. It had very little in the serving and the taste was not pleasant at all.

When I found out that they were opening a Panera Bread close to my home in Aventura, I was excited. I work in Fort Lauderdale and usually frequent the one located on Federal Hwy over at Bal Harbour. Unfortunately, this location has the worst employees. I stop in about 2 times a week and customer service is non-existent which is why I’ve been cutting back on my visits. Example, I walked in the other day very early on a Sunday so there was no one on line at the time. I stood there waiting for someone to take my order while the cashier did her own thing behind the counter. Even though she saw me standing there, she refused to acknowledge me or even say«I’ll be right with you». Instead she’s doing other stuff like cutting bagels and taking her sweet time. When she finally does come over to take my order after I’ve stood there being ignored for a full 5 minutes, she doesn’t apologize for the wait, doesn’t even smile, instead she has a pissed-off look on her face as if my presence there was a disturbance. I like the food at Panera but they need to hire a better class of employees at this location — not the Burger King-rejects they currently have working there. If you want repeat customers:(1) speed up the service and(2) make the customer feel like they are actually welcome.

After years of not having step foot on a Panera Bread, I decided to stop here for lunch on a Friday afternoon, and I am so glad I did! I have always being a fan of this chain restaurant because I am a sucker for bread and pastries. I love love all of their breads and sweets, period. While I have had their famous broccoli cheddar soup and yummy sandwiches, I was completely unaware of their magnificent salad menu. I got their Chicken Thai Salad, and boy was that a flavor explosion in my mouth! For starters, the salad is less than $ 10 and big enough to share or at least keep you filled for a long time. This salad had romaine lettuce, roasted carrots and edemame, sweet peanuts, wonton fries and a mountain of grilled chicken! I really think about it and my mouth simply waters lol. A salad might not sound like a big deal, but this one had the perfect combination of flavors and ingredients. If you are a fan of salads, try this one on your next visit… you won’t be dissapointed!

The quinoa broth bowl looked nothing like the picture on the website. It had way too much broth. After adding a ton of hot sauce to it, it tasted ok.

Quality, healthy food and decent service is something quite standard at all Panera locations, and this one is no exception. Though it was close to closing time, my friend and I were able to come in and place our orders. The only thing we did not like was the fact that it was FREEZING inside, so we had no choice but to eat outdoors. There were many other people doing the same thing, and also complaining about how cold it was, so that is my only issue. I didn’t really want to smell car exhaust and cigars as I ate my meal, but because of the cold air conditioning inside, I had no choice.

I came for a «rapid pick-up» and asked one of the staff for a rewards card. I had explained that I registered online and wanted to know how to obtain a card and handed over a print-out of my temporary card. The guy had no clue what I was saying and since he mainly spoke Spanish he referred me to the manager. The manager was just as clueless as to what I was asking and after explaining more than once she finally handed over a card, but did not answer any of my questions regarding the rewards system.

Great baguettes! Today I came in and the baguette was fresh hot. These are the best baguettes in town! Salads are great too!

The food is average. The French baguette is a masterpiece in its own right! Parking is simple. Location is perfect. The staff can be incoherent at times and carry on about personal life dilemmas rather than taking care of customers. Once they toasted my sandwich with the wet lettuce in it, and as a result my sandwich was rubbery and wet. Yikes! All in all, no horrible experiences, but nothing amazingly awesome either.
