Swatch Store

Admit it, if you were around in the 1980’s, you had a Swatch. It was the most fun, silly, rubber, plastic, colorful, and fashionable watch around. Heck, you probably had three or four. You might of even worn them all at the same time. Don’t tell me you even wore the Swatch guards too?! Whoa.
So…guess what, they are still around and thriving! Now they still have the fun stuff, but for the ah hem, maturing clients, they have lots of other tamer timepieces too. They really have something for everyone, from classic metal to silly.
Recently, I brought in my watch that was getting a little discolored on the face. They told me if I had the receipt within last two years, come back for a new one. I returned a few days later and got a brand new one. Amazing customer service. They helped every step of the way and didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience at all.
Swatch for life. Now, lets all meet up at the mall!

Honestly, I love this store and more importantly the morning crew (Mike from DR, Jonathan and Gwen!) for hooking me up this AM. I walked in thinking my battery was dead but found out my watch was actually broken. They were able to help me out with no hesitation and I walked out a very happy chic! Love swatch!

Everytime I walk into a swatch store I feel like a kid in a candy store. Alex was quick to welcome my wife and I in, and complemented me on the watch I was wearing. I was not planning on making a purchase today I told him. He smiled and replied «no pressure, let me show you some great new watches that you might like». He knew exactly my style and showed me some great time pieces. I asked if the bands were interchangeable, Alex said «yes, i can bring some out if you’d like to see, and while I’m at it let me polish your watch face for free.» Wow, great attention to detail Alex. That really made me feel welcome. Josh, and John came over while Alex was polishing and showed me the new system 51 edition. These guys really know their facts. I learned Swatch owns Omega. And the system 51 is the only watch in the world that is built using only 51 pieces. When I flipped the watch over I was sold. These 51 parts are held together by 1 single screw. My wife and I left with two new pieces for our collection. Great job Alex, Josh and John. Will definitely come back soon.

This is a very good store recommendable to anybody that has a swatch or any transaction with the store. My wrist watch was out of warranty, but yet they were of great help in it’s replacement. Jose, the store manager, went above and beyond to make sure we left satisfied. Will definitely visit again.

My experience at this Swatch store location was beyond exceptional. I had the pleasure of meeting the two most helpful individuals: Jeremy (Manager) and Regine. I walked in the store to replace my swatch I bought overseas, but I had received incomplete information regarding swatch’s warranty. However, Jeremy was able to rectify the the situation and allowed me to exchange my broken watch for brand new one. After I told him that my broken watch had sentimental value, he walked with me through the store trying on different watches to see which one fit my taste and style best. He was patient and assisted me throughout the entire process. He provided his honest opinion about the watch regardless of the price. He even added the two year warranty to the new watch. Jeremy made me feel that he really cared about my satisfaction and customer service. STOP EVERYTHING AND VISIT JEREMY! I promise you he will alter your swatch experience.

I always feel compelled to write a review when things go great or when something goes beyond expectations. This is no different. I came in to get my watch serviced (glass buffed for a scratch). The staff (Lina) immediately noticed something else wrong with the watch. She spoke to the manager (Hector) and they offered to replace it. I went to get my receipt and warranty and they had the new one waiting. Daniel sized it & within minutes I had a new watch. This kind of «go out of our way» service is exactly why I’ll go back to this store.
