Looking for a small-​town café with better than average food? Then try the Avon Cabin Café.
The wraps, hand-​pattied hamburgers, waffle fries, and sweets are all great here. It has a cabin-​like atmosphere and the service is typical small-​town friendly. They serve breakfast all day… can there be anything better than that?
On the downside, you have to visit only for breakfast or lunch, as they close in the afternoon and aren’t open for supper. Also, they don’t take credit cards. I was almost caught without being able to pay. Bring cash.
The restaurant has daily specials, and I’ve never been disappointed.
