Avon Mill Apartments

Avon Mill is located in a great area and Ashley is very nice and down to earth. The apartment is huge and a decent rent for the size and location. The new management has put in new carpets and washer and dryers so the place looks great. Major downfalls …1. the time it takes for any repairs to get done are 3+weeks. 2. The walls are so thin and it is always loud. I think maybe elephants are living above me. 3. Appliances in the apartment are old and when they break no one cares to fix them 4. The new landlord doesn’t care about his tenants or their requests. He made that apparent when he didn’t show up for a scheduled meeting with us. All in all this place is okay but due to the ridiculous new lease under this new ownership we will not be returning nor do we recommend this place to anyone.

The defamation in the one other review is clearly not the whole story. Avon Mill has been improving everyday. I have seen kindness and wonderful service to all. The new owners have made significant improvements like new driveways and roads, landscaping, new signs and heating systems. The staff is always available and courteous. The environment there is pleasant and it feels safe. I can see units are being turned over in great condition and every ethnicity is present on the complex. It feels safe and is a great place to live.
