What could be better than a hot crêpe on a chilly morning at a high end ski resort? Unfortunately this place seems to have gone downhill(so to speak) since its last Unilocal review 2 years ago. I ordered a crêpe with scrambled eggs, cheese, and tomatoes. The eggs were cold, cheese unmelted, and the crêpe was all torn up in the paper. Bringing it back to the counter I was told there’s nothing to be done since the thing was partially eaten. And to think I had left a tip in advance. Ah well live and learn — others beware!

We have been to Beaver Creek 7 years in a row and have always eaten crapes a few times during our stay. Sad to say it is no longer by the ice rink. Hope to find it relocated to a new location.

A great, quick meal if you choose the savory crepes. Yummy dessert crepes — Nutella or S’mores or even the Cinnamon and Sugar. A tasty option in Beaver Creek. Like the other reviewer said, if it’s cold, head to the Park Hyatt lobby to eat.

Nice place to get a quick bite. Nothing fancy but decent.

Beaver crepes is our favorite lunch spot in Beaver Creek. For about $ 8.00 you can get a savory crêpe to go. They are very filling and are much better than the greasy food you’ll get at McCoy’s. I tried the mushroom, goat cheese and herb crêpe and my husband had the ham and cheese– both were excellent. The one downside to the crêpe shop is that they do not have a designated indoor eating spot. We took our food to our hotel, the Park Hyatt, and ate in the lobby by the fire(and drank their free hot chocolate).

A disaster. Slow service and over priced for what you get. Our crepes were cold and very mediocre. A charming setting, but skip this place, especially if there is any line.

Yummy crepes you can enjoy next to the fire pits and ice skating rink. But my only complaint is that the posted prices were incorrect the entire week I was there. I picked up on this the second time i visited as the receipts are not itemized so its easy to miss. Ok fine so maybe thats not the cashiers fault but they dont tell you the posted prices are wrong and manager was a bit rude when I pointed out I was charged the incorrect price, saying«we haven’t had time to change the signs. Just tell me what you want and I“ll give it to you». I declined to be credited the difference and took on faith that the prices were different from what was posted. I merely asked that they correct one of my orders(I ordered Nutella with strawberries and received Nutella only). This place also regularly runs out of one ingredient or another, so go earlier rather than later.

The crepes here are very good. The only problem with the place is that they don’t open until 9:00. Crepes make a good skiing breakfast, but can’t complete with the opening time of the mountain.

Scarfed down a scrumptious strawberry and crème crêpe while relaxing in a cushy chair next to the ice rink. A fire pit was burning nearby for warmth. The crêpe filling seemed more like a custard than a light whipped crème like what I was expecting. It was quite delicious even as the insides oozed out and dribbled down my rather large chin.

Delish Crepes in the posh adorable village of Beaver Creek, right next to the ice skating rink. Amazing crepes!!! A must if you are in the Vail Valley. We had the«smores» and the banana with nutella, sooooo good!!!
