I recently moved from Braintree to Weymouth and used Brillianr Movers. Although it was short in miles it was complicated by requiring the furnishings to be put in storage for two weeks. This was like moving twice.
Everything arrived safely except the glass on a charcoal print.
I called Lillian who not only had the glass repaired but also the frame was replaced at no cost. The most amazing thing of all was Lillian picked up and delivered the repaired print to my townhouse.
Lillian was in constant contact with us during the entire moving process which can be very anxiety provocating.

Brilliant Move has moved me personally on three occasions and has moved a number of my family and friends. My most recent move was August 2013 from Boston to Cambridge. I have found Jean and his crew consistently professional and diligent. Jean’s leadership, detail-​orientation and customer service focus is evident throughout the process. The guys who helped me move from Brilliant Move were great — helpful, friendly, and they did a great job with my stuff. They definitely went above and beyond what they needed to do — they touched up some scratches on my furniture from previous moves, brought mattresses to the curb, and even wrapped up a piece that I was putting into storage. I’d booked them last-​minute, but they were still able to handle the street permit that I needed to move into the new place.
