Three stars is solely based on the front desk, Lisa at the front is incredibly rude to guests.
I saw Dr. Gould, she is a gem! So sweet. The room are very clean, they even smell clean! Love it!
The staff is great as well. The front desk can use some work, but we all have a bad day once and awhile.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jennifer Gould at Dermatology Partners for quite a few years (5, maybe?). Dr. Gould is extremely friendly and professional, and good at what she does. I had a skin problem that was making me miserable. She suspected the issue was the result of a larger problem, had me get blood tests run, and, in doing so, I was able to find the cause of the problem and treat that instead of trying to treat the symptom. I’ve also had a mole removed and some other things done, and couldn’t be happier with Dr. Gould and the rest of the staff at Dermatology Partners.
The staff is friendly and I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment. My most recent appointment was at 7:40 am, which meant I could go before work, which is awesome. I think the office hours of the doctors depend on the locations and different days they’re at that office.
This practice has three locations — Broadview Heights, Avon and Sandusky.
They offer adult and pediatric dermatology. botox, chemical peels, etc.
My advice is if you’re having a problem or suspect something might be wrong, make an appointment now. Don’t wait.
Bonus — they have free sample sizes of lotions, body wash, sunscreen in their waiting room.

My first time visiting this office, I saw Dr. L. Bedocs. She was wonderful; very informative, patient and had great bedside manner. I had a chemical peel done and all of my questions were answered before the procedure. My skin feels fantastic, just hours after the peel, can’t wait to start seeing results. I look forward to going back for another peel next month. Definitely recommend!
