Though convenient, this is the worst spot for coffee in Avon. The employees are always in a terrible mood, extremely unfriendly, and get orders wrong half of the time – it’s hit or miss.(even things as simple as 2 cream 2 sugar in an iced coffee). Today we went and instead of being charged for a small strawberry Coolata– simple enough, we were charged for an XL frozen coffee(which is twice as expensive as what I ordered). Looks like many others have had the same experience with this location, very surprised management hasn’t addressed the issues.

I read the other reviews, but I wanted to buy some doughnuts to take to work on Halloween and I had a gift card from a generous friend. I waited patiently for maybe 10 minutes to be waited on. I thought the drive-through would take too long. the person that finally filled the order did so slowly and I think was doing his best. He did offer me a bag for my three boxes of doughnuts, which he inserted sideways so it’s a good thing none of them were gooey. The manager came over to help the customer BEHIND me after I had waited the 10 minutes and was finally waited on. I figured it was okay to be a minute late to work if I was bringing doughnuts, but I did make it(barely) on time after leaving 15 minutes early to do this. Oh, and the guy who waited on me told me as I was picking doughnuts(and I am not picky and they had enough of what I wanted), «This is, um, pretty much all we have for the day.» ITWAS1:30INTHEAFTERNOON!!! It was $ 20.25 for 20 doughnuts because I ordered a couple of the specialty ones and two long johns for myself. I didn’t even bother to add it up to see if it was correct. he did tell me which ones would cost extra. Will absolutely never go there again. and I have money left on the gift card.

First, I am a fan of Dunkin Donuts but NOT this location. In the drive thru they get our orders right maybe 30% of the time(literally). Wait times are long. I just was in the drive thru(only car in line on a late Sunday afternoon), told to wait…3−4 minutes it turned out. Ordered my coffee, went around to the window then waited another 3 – 4 minutes & no one came to the window. I drive away without it. It shouldn’t take 10 minutes to get a coffee when you are the only one in line.

First of all I waited in Line 12 min, no big deal. Next the girl at the window Wednesday @ 7:30am was in pissed off mood. She messed up my order and forgot hash browns. Instead of giving me the hash browns for free, she charged me 80 cents lol. I opened my bag of hash browns and there were only 6 in there? Only 6? I ask for ketchup and she said it didn’t come with ketchup. I said I’ll buy one and she said they didn’t sell ketchup, what the hell does that even mean? How do you not have ketchup!!! This location is terrible, the Lakewood location is waaaay better. They always smile, get the order correct, and make sure the customer has a pleasant experience. They should have Lakewood managers retrain all employees and staff at the Avon location to ensure good service

I love Dunkin coffee and it pains me to give only 2 stars. Compared to other local Dunkins, this is by far the worst. Service is always very slow and fairly poor. I have only ever been to the drive thru and only ever ordered coffee. On my last two visits(most recently yesterday), they have been out of cream. Out. Of. Cream. Slow? Forgivable. No creamer? Twice!!! No.

I gave two stars for a reason: The GOOD The older lady that does the register. She’s totally trying to do her job. I actually heard her say twice«is anybody making food? Please??» The coffee was good(lady above made it) the sandwich, a veggie flatbread thing was good, 300 calories too;) The BAD The ppl assigned to cook the food, there’s like 4 of them back there, are a pointless drain on the payroll. They took FOREVER. Also they were very loud. Slamming the doors, yelling laughing one girl stood in front of the door texting for like 5mins. Ik this bc she was setting off that«dinging» sound when ppl come in the door. Like 5mins of straight«dings». The hash browns, while good, consisted of FOUR little round hashies. Wtf. I think I’ll stick to the stand alone stores.

Not good at mixing a simple ice coffee. Won’t ever eat a sandwich here again. Never cooked to taste good. Texture is horrible. They can’t even manage to get a bagel with cream cheese right. Donuts? No problem. Anything else? No thanks.

Fail! When it comes to customer service this Dunkin Donuts is a big fat F. Everyone(except the super cheery girl that makes the breakfast sandwiches) hates their lives and it shows. Last visit, the lady taking our order legitimately said to my boyfriend, «whoa, whoa, whoa» when he tried to order a simple large coffee after asking for a multi-grain bagel. Information overload for her I guess. Then she did not understand my request for six red velvet munchkins. Did not compute. On a prior visit, I inquired about a «Dunk-a-ccino» you know those delicious drinks that taste like gas station french vanilla cappuccinos(the fake ones) and I was told(by a woman appearing to be the manager, no less) that they don’t carry those and maybe its a Baskin Robbins thing. Um, right. The very next weekend when I asked again, they magically had them — definitely asked if it was new arrival, and it — of course — was not. The best visit was when the most g-fab chick in the place(think Bone Thugs loving just rolled a J but probably graduated from a ritzy Catholic high school kinda girl) gave us a ton of attitude and then didn’t fill any of our drink orders. Next to worthless. Now, what do I expect from Dunkin Donuts? Especially one in Avon… I don’t know, but I assume it involves a smile and the ability to remember a coffee order that involves only«cream and sugar.» This isn’t Starbucks. Parking is limited out front. But! There is a drive-thru. And! The DD is connected to the Circle K gas station(get you a Polar Pop).
