Stayed in a 1 bedroom. The building is old but the room was very nice. Only complaint we had was not having enough outlets in the right places. Other than that? It was very comfortable and spacious. We stayed in the summer and we didn’t have a chance to get in the pool. Very good location, enough parking and no issues with the staff. Overall, very happy with our stay. We will come back. Thanks Falcon Point. I didn’t get to read all of the reviews to this pace but I don’t understand how they have fewer stars. This place should have more! My family and I enjoyed our stay. Totally recommend this resort

I am writing this to inform everyone of our visit to Falcon Point Resort. We had a week given to us by some friends and had a great ski week. The week was great and the facilities were adequate. Our concerns stem from an event that happened the last day of our stay. After a day of skiing, our iPad was missing from our room. The resort was helpful at first, but quickly became defensive. We contacted them multiple times after our stay and were given the run-around for 5 months before our efforts were thwarted. The police report concluded that maids did not steal the iPad, but someone else who gained access to the room throughout the day. The resort would not compensate us for the iPad and took no responsibility for the incident. While it is a nice place to stay, please consider your safety and the safety of your belongings. People can and are gaining access to rooms. This is alarming on multiple levels. Stay at your own risk.

Overall, the one bedroom was pretty nice. Staff was good. Parking and bus easy. I was pretty disappointed with the hot tub. It wasn’t very hot at all. And smelled a little funny. Kind of important on a ski trip. I wouldn’t stay there again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here last weekend during our trip to Colorado. We got a 2 bedroom and had a friend with us. I was so surpirsed at the size of the room we got, and the two rooms were separated which was nice. Felt like we were in more of a condo than a hotel room. It was super close to the mountain and also close to restaurants/bars. The staff was super friendly and always available when we needed something. They have an awesome pool and spa that’s heated, which is nice in the snowy weather. Couldn’t say anything bad about this place. Definitely would stay there again if we are in colorado another time!

The condominium is nicely laid out, and clean. The bathrooms are very small. Maintenance is a problem here. Several things went without a proper repair even after I called. Internet connections here are terrible. Internet in my room did not work, I was told to log on to nearby condominiums. I was constantly having to change networks when internet failed. If I come back to Beaver Creek I will try another place

Purchased a groupon stay for 3 nights. Upon arrival after checking in found someone already in my room. Someone accidentally gave my room away to another and I had to take the other person’s room. The room I was in didn’t have a balcony like I was promised on the phone and the woman checking me in didn’t seem to care that so many things were going wrong with my reservation. She kept telling me what their normal practice was rather than acknowledging that their staff made many mistakes and just apologize. My saving grace and the resort’s saving grace was/the concierge Jason. He actually remembered my name, gave me great recommendations, and offered to help me find my way back to the resort if I got lost. He tends to work the night shift and really made me feel like I mattered unlike the previous woman. Overall my stay was pleasant and relaxing. Loved the apartment with the full kitchen! Be aware that Christine may try to approach you to purchase a time share during the welcome reception. If your not interested let her know and she will leave you alone. Hot tubs! This little gem is close to neighboring towns that you will find more often than not almost too many options.

I read a lot of reviews from yahoo, citysearch, google search which didn’t really helped much but decided to book it. I think I lucked out with this timeshare spot. There isn’t anything I didn’t like! –Conveniently located and walking distance near shopping and restaurants. –Walking distance to Riverfront Express Gondola to catch a shuttle or a life to Beaver creek ski resort –Our studio has a full kitchen, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a toaster. Also has dishes and Tupperware to use. –Our own hot water heater so there were plenty of hot water for bath time. –Cable! –pool and jacuzzi area(outdoor) Each day comes with different events such as free hot chocolates and cookies(hot chocolate was the bomb) and free continental breakfast on Saturday. I will definitely seek this place out again if I am going back

This is actually a timeshare spot but I believe you can rent a week here and not own the condominium. I was given a week here for a graduation gift so I’m not sure of the cost. I can only comment on the accomodations. Great place to stay if you are a skier or boarder. Conveniently located in the town of Avon which is next door to Beaver Creek. They have underground and above ground parking but a vehicle is not necessary while staying here and they recommend that you don’t drive if you aren’t comfortable navigating in snowy and icy conditions. Places to eat and drink are really close by and the shuttle can take you to other restaurants and to the grocery store. The condos themselves are really nice. We stayed in the one bedroom condo which is much larger than my own one bedroom. Full size kitchen with most of what you need to cook like you would at home. I would definitely recommend cooking as food and alcohol are pricey here. There are ski and snowboard lockers so you don’t have to truck them back and forth from your room. In fact you get fined if you don’t use the lockers. The clubroom is okay. There is a nice pool table and there are couches to lounge around on. One computer to access email and such. The gym was not at all inspiring however. Old equipment that discouraged even the most dedicated workout fanatic like myself. However the pools and hot tubs were nice and all heated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall I really liked this place and would come back if given the chance.
