FOOD! by Marc

We used Food! by Marc for private chef services for a dinner we had on a team retreat this past weekend. There were 15 of us, and we were all BEYOND satisfied! In fact, we were EXTREMELY happy with the exceptional service. I worked with Tessa, the coordinator, on the budget and the menu, and she was really awesome to work with. They were especially happy to help with all of our food and dietary restrictions. (We have a good number of food allergies and pallets to deal with.) The food arrived on time, and was mostly ready to serve, which was awesome, and was DELICIOUS.
Josh was our server for the evening, and he was polite, helpful, and professional. He kept the food restocked as we tore into it, cleaned up everything and packed the leftovers into disposable receptacles that he had brought, and didn’t judge us for how much tequila we were consuming (at least, he didn’t judge us verbally.)
I would 100% use Food! by Marc again for any private chef/​catering needs I may have. Hopefully I’ll be able to stop by the restaurant the next time I am in Vail!

Wonderful Place. Off the beaten path, but worth finding. Great staff. Food was amazing. Healthy selections made with fresh ingredients. Great Happy Hour deal. You won’t be disappointed or hungry when you leave.
