Twice in a row they haven’t been able to make a simple latte due to broken equipment and my sandwich had over ½ cup of mayo on it and it was completely inedible.

(almost) anything you need is right there! So convenient!

Love that there is a gas station on Lear Road. Not only is there gas, but the Get Go store is huge! Big choices for coffee and beverages and hot food made as ordered. Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!

I can’t believe it, but I’m giving this place 5 stars. They are above and beyond a regular gas station and convenience store. It’s clean, staff is nice and helpful, and you can get there more than you would expect. Mainly I go there for fuel and beer. They have the basics covered, and more.
They have a kitchen that serves food that’s way better and more varied than most of the restaurants I’ve reviewed, by far.
Just a gas station, but a superb one.

I figured I should write a review for this place since I go here a lot. This GetGo is very clean at all times and all of the staff is very friendly every time I have been here, at least over 20 times by now. They are easily the friendliest staff I have encountered out of all the gas stations I have been to.
This location is in a busy location so the lines get kind of congested at prime times before and after work hours. Most of the time these lines are moved at a pretty good pace but there have been times where there was only 1 register going. Maybe the kitchen was overwhelmed and needed help from the cashiers or they were just understaffed in general on these days.
They also have a hot kitchen which can be good but very inconsistent at times. There is one lady who works there regularly and normally in the AM who I seriously think should get a raise no matter what she is already making. She is the core of the kitchen and probably the only reason I come back. I wish I knew her name but she is very slim and usually wears glasses and a ball cap. She is very friendly and really the only person who works in the hot kitchen that I have found to be consistent. Every time I see her back there I feel confident in ordering something and she always has a smile on her face. She just seems like one of those people who are just really down to earth and just enjoys life in general. She definitely puts a good face on this location!
I have had a few messed up orders from the kitchen but the staff has always been friendly and I have never had a messed up order when the employee mentioned above has made it. When the kitchen made mistakes and I called the manager they were always willing to take care of the problem. They were very polite and apologetic about it. I am not sure who the 1 star reviewer talked to but I have always had a great experience with all of the staff as far as customer service interactions.
The inconsistency with some of the kitchen staff and how busy this location gets are the 2 main criteria which have influenced my 2 star deduction. If they improve consistency in the kitchen and efficiency at the registers when things get backed up then they can easily become your one stop shop to fuel and GetGo-​ing!

Stopped here one night after being at the college all day. My first time there to get food. I got a chicken sub, mac n cheese wedges, and popcorn chicken all under 9.00 dollars. girl was very quick. couldn’t finish it all

Staff are friendly and fuel is cheapest around the area! Nice food choices – a bit of deli, cookies, and coffee! Yum!

This would have been 5 stars a few weeks ago but a rather large employee who makes food there seems to neglect the fact you WANT EXTRA MEAT, I realize they weigh it but it’s highly wrong when you go to the Westlake location and get TRUE extra meat (happened 3 visits in a row) … Talking to the manager was like being treated by your worst enemy… If you have the time to travel a whole extra 4 mi up the hwy to the Westlake location … Go there … Avoid here

The subs here are top notch and made fresh as soon as you order them. Great alternative to Subway as Get Go has better meat and prices. You can typically get good 2 for $ 5 deals on small subs or a meal for $ 5. Plus they have all the other typical convenient store fare along with an amazing selection of fresh coffee. All while filling your tank up with Fuel Perks. I feel like I am in heaven with all these perks!
