Hackleman Auto Collision Repair

This business came as a recommendation from Facebook friends. I am from Terre Haute and had a wreck in my 2004 Honda CRV in Indianapolis and was told this was a great place on the west side. Almost a month after the wreck, I was told the car was finally done. They did a great job on the impact area (front left fender area) with paint and even repaired prior cosmetic damage on the rim.
The staff were friendly and courteous.
I took my car back to TH on a rainy day and thought I detected more road noise than normal; I attributed it to the rain. The next time I drove, I noticed an incredible amount of road noise and the window shook when I went over bumps. I called and they said I could bring it in and they would look at it. It turned out the door was not remounted properly. It was a quick 20 minute fix and I was on my way.
A week later, I notice a gouge out of the tread of the tire in the accident area. I was told not to drive the car. I took it to Big O in TH and was told that it should have been caught.
The also did not refill the brake fluid reservoir.
In closing, I was fine with the door, even the fact that I had to take two hours out of my work day to have it repaired. I would have gone with four stars. But the fact that my safety was endangered after they fixed the cosmetic damage and missed the tire, this is why I give two stars.
My insurance paid for most of the damage so this was not a problem; their costs were reasonable.
