Had to buy a $ 74 party table to bring a birthday cake inside.

Stay away from this place. Fifty cents for a cup of water should have been the first clue. Poor service and management that’s clueless.

It was ok. Really not the best place if there are a lot of kids that day. The place looked fairly clean, but nothing super exciting. Just some blow up jumping gyms. Food and drink areas were weak as well, so I wouldn’t consider it a family destination. More like just a place for the kids for a bit. They had free wifi, which was nice.

Horrible customer service and they charge almost 0.50 for a small styrofoam cup of tap water with no drinking fountain available.

Disappointed that there is no water fountain & required to have to pay for water. I believe Skyzone is a better value, they don’t allow outside food or drink but provide a water fountain. The owner doesn’t seem to care about customer service, he told me that he has been in business for five years & doesn’t need to change/improve anything.

I typically am a Monkey Joe’s kinda gal but I recently had a play date at this location and thought that I would try it out. First of all, the fee is kind of pricey. Monkey Joe’s I believe the last time we had gone was only 5 and that was for over the age of 2. The parents also got in for free with the child… NOT the case with this place. They tried to charge me as a jumper because I said I may have to show my 2 year old that it is not scary…(I had my 7 month old strapped to me). I ended up playing $ 7 for my child to play and he had fun however the space is extremely small, they only have 4 – 5 bouncers and since it was spring break in Avon… it was a nightmare. I think I will be going to Monkey Joe’s or Snapperz. Not worth the visit again. Make the drive to go to another location.
