We just celebrated my Aunt’s 100th birthday June 20, 2015 with 26 pieces of fried chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, slaw, mac n’ cheese and biscuits. Kristine, the manager, was awesome! Not only did she come in on her day off but she made sure everything was as I had ordered. She took extra care to separate my mom’s food from the rest as she is a celiac and allergic to wheat. Everything was ready on time and was still hot by the time we got it all to the nursing facility. Many thanks to Kristine and KFC in Avon!!!

I would love to say I had a good experience with KFC today, but my wife and I both got sick after taking home their chicken dinners.
Aren’t the cook washing hands after handling raw chicken? Contamination written all over our gastrointestinal experience.
Tasted fine, but not worth going back if we’re going to get sick.

I came in for a Famous Bowl, and was surprised to see a buffet. I didn’t know KFC offered a buffet, so I was intrigued; I quickly lost interest when I saw the state of the buffet. The food was mostly empty, it looked like it had been sitting there for a decent amount of time, and the chicken looked overcooked but gooey from sitting in its own juices for too long. I ordered, and the employee proceeded to grab a bowl with his bare hands, and fill my Famous Bowl from the buffet. I wasn’t pleased with this because the buffet looked less than appetizing, but decided to let it go and see how it was. The employee couldn’t be bothered to let the water drain from the corn before he added it to the bowl, which resulted in everything being watery and soupy. The entire thing was luke warm at best, and the bowl was only around ¾ths full. All around, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a KFC. I will not be returning to this location.

Update: What happened to KFC!?! Everything got smaller! The sides, the chicken, yet the prices are higher. Check out my picture of what they consider to be a 2 piece meal. It is a joke.
Needless to say I got my fix for the year, this is an experience that needs to be lived only once a year. They will not drive frequency offering such laughably small portions.

i enjoy going here for the lunch buffet. a helpful hint that is not only with this location but any KFC is when you go in dont let the appearance of the buffet stop you from ordering it. They never have much if any white meat out when i go in here but i ask for it and they get it from behind the counter and give it to me. Same with other items. My friend who goes with me only eats grilled chicken and they give that to him as well. The chicken and noodles are good at this location, i havent liked them at any other kfc. I do wish they would add the boneless chicken and tenders to the buffet. i would even pay more for this option. I will say that i travel extensively and the appearance of the kfc buffets across the board are not that great. I really believe the staff (mostly management) are trying to deter people from eating the buffet as this eats up a lot of their food costs. While i am a fan they would be in trouble if popeyes were to add a buffet.
