Lin’s Alterations

She’s very nice! Items were done quick! Definitely my new local go to for altercations.

The lady was so nice. Had us try on our things to make sure she got done what we needed.

I split my pants doing something I should not have been doing in suit pants. Dropped them off in the morning and they were ready a couple of hours later.

I, ahem, didn’t try my wedding dress on with my shoes until the Thursday before my wedding on Saturday. Eek!!! Needless to say I was a total lunatic flying into Lin’s pleading my case. She laughed, told me to put it on, and started pinning. She calmed nerves and assured me she would get it done in time. I picked it up the MORNING of my wedding:) and it was perfect. She hemmed, added a French bustle, and made my day!!! I seriously could not have been more pleased with her customer service, craftsmanship, and turn around time. I give Lin’s 5 stars and a great big hug!!!

Also been going to Lin for over 5 years. A few years ago when I went down two clothing sizes, I took literally all of my clothes to her to resize down. They’ve all were altered perfectly! You couldn’t even tell that the clothing was ever a bigger size — absolutely flawless! Even though I now live in a different state, I still take everything I need altered to her when I’m visiting.

Fast and on the money every time. We’ve been going here for over 5 years and have never had a single issue.
Customer service is good and the prices are hard to beat.

I normally have no problems getting simple hems done, but this last time, I took three pairs of pants and was satisfied with only 2. They all fit in the waist after I washed them (but line-​dried them) and just before I brought them to Lin’s. After bringing the finished pants home, I noticed that one pair looked smaller than the others. I thought maybe it was my imagination, so I tried them on. They’d shrunk maybe 2 sizes since the time I’d brought them in.
I took all 3 pairs back and asked for money to replace the pair that they ruined, but they argued that they did nothing but hem them. I don’t know what they did to them. All I know is that I took in 3 pairs of pants that fit, and I left with only 2 pairs that fit. I will not patronize this establishment again.
