I’ve been doing business with Mike for many years. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on my bike but these guys. Great atmosphere, «small town» feel with a product line that will blow your mind. I travel from the Torrington area to do business with Ridgeline, this is my bike shop of choice… I highly recommend them for sales, service and also a great group to ride with.

Totally agree with previous reviews. Great shop with excellent product range for recreational to serious road and MTB cyclists. Josh breathed new life into my old drivetrain, which is now working better than ever. He turned around a big job in a fraction of the time I’m used to waiting. Prices very reasonable.
The only thing missing at Ridgeline is the condescending attitude of other local bike shops, who could learn a thing or two from Ridgeline about customer relations.

I’m a fairly serious enthusiast rider with over 3500 miles last year, and I have to agree with the prior reviewer. The service that I have received here is unparalled and the mechanic work supberb, reasonably priced and unexpectedly prompt.

I have taken my bike to many local shops for routine maintenance and Josh at Ridgeline was the only mechanic who made minor adjustments that enhanced performance. He really knows his stuff! Mike is the consummate owner /​operator who offers lots of advice so you can make an informed decision. All of this plus free flat repairs on quick release bikes through December makes this shop the perfect place for all levels of cyclists.
