Called looking for a specific size hot tub cover. I told the lady on the phone that I didn’t have a royal spa and they said that was custom. What is custom about a standard size. I also told the lady that I was trying to stay local that I had found one at another dealer. She said I just needed to say thanks and hung up. Very rude would never buy a royal spa if this is how the customer service is at the Avon Royal Spa.

Stopped by for a filter and chemicals for our hot tub and at 5:05 pm on Friday they were closed. The sign said they were open until 6. I usually try to shop with local businesses but if they don’t want my business I will order off of the Internet.
