Shangri-la Foot Spa

I visited this location because i was in need of a last minute massage. The place was empty so i thought to myself maybe I’ve stumbled upon another gem. Well when i arrived they asked me to pay for my service before i ever received it. I thought that was strange but perhaps they experienced walk outs in the past. Then the price said $ 30 but when they charged my card they charged me $ 30.60. Now, I’ve visited tons of foot massage locations within the last 5 years and not once was i ever charged a different amount that was listed. The crazy thing is he asked me if i wanted to tip before i even received the service. Smh… after all that i proceed to the back to start the massage. The son applied very hard pressure throughout the entire 60 mins. I asked him at least 5x to reduce the pressure and he did reduce it but I was still in pain. Needless to say, my back actually hurts from the massage. I gave them a 2 stars because they were nice, the location was clean, and i didn’t have to wait.
