I try not to judge or have really high expectations for budget services simply because I totally understand the idea fair price for a fair cut. I’ve been to this location twice and both times I received so-so services. Today’s visit found me a bit behind schedule. I used the app to check in but didn’t have to wait before being escorted to the stylists stations. Typical small talk occurred — What are we doing today, how are you — normal. After that not a single word was spoken. The first area of concern I have is this stylist did not put the protective tissue paper around my neck. I know this sounds picky but it keeps little hairs out of my shirt! My haircut is pretty simple — number 1 around the sides, little blend, and texturize the top. I had to ask her to please look again at right side — I could see a line. Not only that hairs lower in my head were longer than hairs higher on my head. Typical I get a shampoo — maybe I didn’t check in correct so I’ll own that mistake. I would have asked for one but she seemed so disinterested in my being there I didn’t bother. Last item that bugged me — she never showed me the back of my head. I shouldn’t have to ask to see how it looks. I was given a hot towel — always nice. Not all the SuperCuts actually provide you with a hot towel. Now I will say while I was getting my haircut there was another stylist who was doing a bang up job just across from the station I was seated. She interacted well with her client. From the conversation she had cut his hair a few times before but that was about it. She took her time and really made him look good. I would go back to see her and I would recommend if anyone else goes to this location look for the gal with blonde hair done right! She has a nose ring. Wish I got her name. So I will leave 3 stars even though part of me wanted to leave 2. I can’t discount what I observed while at SuperCuts.
