Not sure about Lisa updating down there lol, but I have seen ZERO improvement in this location. The pharmacy is a frickin joke. They never have meds ready when they say they will, and the drive thru times are ridiculous. My wife was able to actually go in and do her shopping and be back in the car before I got my prescriptions in the drive thru.
This location needs help, much worth the drive to drive in to brownsburg instead.

This Walgreens is clean, open 24 hours, and located on one of the busiest corners of Avon. I had a prescription sent electronically from physicians office, the pharmacy left a nice voicemail to call them back. That is beyond frustrating, the local number sends you to a call center in Florida where you talk with a pharmacy tech. If they deem it applicable they will transfer you back to the local number. Absolutely ridiculous and easier to just drive to the store and talk to them in person. We’re going backward Walgreens, not forward. The next prescription I have will go to CVS.

Well it’s time to update this review. Perhaps it was Unilocal,me expressing concern, others joining in with concern– but the avon walgreens is showing some improvement. Drive thru times are less, in store wait times and missing refill faux paux improving. I do think that when calling and getting dumped into a Florida call center versus your actual store is really hurting them still. However, the other elements are showing promise.

Always greeted with a smile when I enter, friendly banter at check out, and a be well as I leave. Employees are eager to be of service.
The store is neat and clean with the recent updates offer more grocery type items when you need to grab something and do not want to mess with the big box stores.
