We went in for the ice cream and ended up buying 3 bags of popcorn. The family loved it! My daughter could not stop eating the popcorn.

Stumbled across this local Avondale gem today.
Sampled a few varieties of their delicious carmel corn (so many to choose from!) before settling on «Playn Karmel Korn» and «Windy City» for a gift box I purchased. The gift boxes are a beautiful presentation; filled with crinkle cut paper, and finished off with a beautiful bow and a personalized message. Of course, I couldn’t leave without purchasing a bag of «Phoenix Heat» to keep for myself.
The store also sells Karen’s Kreamer ice cream. I’m not sure how, but I managed to escape those extra calories. So very tempting on this hot Summer day.
The owner, Diane, clearly puts a lot of love into her carmel corn and customer care. I’ll definitely be back.

Amazing! I’m having the crazy pregnancy craving for «karmel» popcorn. I was pleasantly greeted by a gentleman and Di herself! She recommended the current Groupon and of course I couldn’t pass that up! The large sized bag of «Kun-​Fuzed» definitely hit the spot! Can’t wait to stop in again!

Not sure what their hours are. Definitely call before you go. I’m often in the Avondale area. I rode pass this place several times in hopes that they were open. Finally, I appeared on the right day, at the right time. :-) It’s a very friendly, inviting space.
I purchased the cheese popcorn and I didn’t stop at just one handful. It was delicious! A variety of flavors are available. If you are ever in the area, try it out!
The lady that was holding down the fort stated that the shop belong to her sister, who was currently away. lol. I wish my sister would fill in for me sometimes! There was difficulties with the cash register, but the lady figured it out.
