The staff is extremely helpful, and very knowledgable. I purchased the wrong battery from them for my home alarm system (my mistake) and by the time I returned to exchange it in a week, I had managed to lose both the receipt AND the CC I used to purchase said battery (bonehead move, I know). They offered me store credit, but there was nothing I needed so I asked if there were any way they could give me a refund. They diligently worked though their computer system to track down my purchase and refund me my moolah. The alarm battery would’ve been a couple bucks cheaper from Amazon, but the customer service and face-​to-​face assistance won me over. I’d certainly shop here again!

Surprise, AZ
After previously getting 2 dead batteries on arrival from Amazon, I walked into this store this afternoon at lunch with 2 dead watch batteries (377 and 364) and a picture on my phone of one of the bulbs that goes in my floor lamp. Walked out in less than 4 minutes with all 3 items for under $ 13.00. Verified they all work.
Doesn’t any better than that.

Always a delight walking into a Batteries Plus. They have all the goodies for electronics and the newest flashlights, bulbs etc… The stores are always spotless and the employees know there S*** ! You can ask them any question about any voltage and they know %99 of the time.
If you love flashlights like me this is the spot to go, they have the Stream light tactical HL, Coast Rechargeable flashlights and they put out some serious Lumens but also take serious $$$
Just give them a call from home if you have any questions on what they carry. If they do drop your product off and the turn around for installing questionable batteries is usually a couple hours!

Great prices and excellent customer service.
I always go to Batteries Plus bulbs anytime I need a light fixture or battery. You can’t beat the technical expertise and customer service that you receive at Batteries Plus Bulbs. There is a comfort in knowing that anytime I have question the folks at Batteries Plus Bulbs will have the answer.
The staff at Batteries Plus Bulbs are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing anything because my laptop’s power supply wasn’t the source of the problem, the sales associate took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommended Batteries Plus Bulb anytime you need a battery.
