I moved into this place mid February… I have had multiple maintenance issues. Window was broken, dryer didn’t work, kitchen sink is back filling and nothing gets repaired. I am washing my dishes in the bathtub. This is an absolute nightmare, I just want a normal functioning apartment. A couple of the ladies up front are pleasant, Jenny is exceptional, she is the essence of customer service. So, I have updated the review. I was having a string of issues, but I’ve also had good experiences up at the front office. Will update going forward.

Very nice management, love the pool and when u need something fix it takes no more than two days for someone to go and fix the issue. Also love the workout room, very nice and the new computers in the computer room. Please don’t review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you’re connected in any way to the owner or employees.

Love these apartments!!! The office is always very helpful and attend to what is needed in a quickly matter! The pool and office just got remodeled and they look great! I went to the business center last week to finish some work and was pleasantly surprised at the touch screen computers!!! Great upgrade!

The best thing that happened to this community was Alliance taking it over. The renovations are amazing! I love the new fitness center. It’s so nice when you go to work out and everything works :)

When I first moved in, new management had just taken over the complex. I’m not sure any place is perfect, but in the 4 – 5 months I’ve lived here, they have really changed things up. First off is the name change — this used to be Village @ Gateway Pavillions, but is now Broadstone Gateway. Improvements: The gate system was improved with an access card(in addition to the little dial-a-box). It kind of sucked that the pool just recently opened, but they have completely redone the pool and pool area that now boasts a big propane grill. The office, business center, and gym have all recently been completely redone as well. Not just painting and redecorating, but all new gym equipment. As far as the apartments, they have apparently been redoing them all as well. My apartment not only had new carpet and paint, but the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom floors have new vinyl flooring that mimics dark wood plank flooring. I think they have upgraded some of the lighting as well. My dining room light is the same nice one that’s also in the model, and my living room did come with a ceiling fan. All of my appliances were all in good working order and they included a full-size washer & dryer. We did have a few issues with the AC(thermostat and relay switch), but both times, the emergency maintenance guys were right on it and fixed the issues immediately and with a friendly attitude. Unlike the last place I lived, I have not had any issues with car alarms, blaring stereos, or speeding idiots. My neighbors are all respectful and relatively quiet, and I can sleep peacefully during the day(I work graveyard shift). So, I’m very pleased with what’s been going on around here, and if things stay this good, I will definitely be renewing my lease.

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom at $ 760/month. If you takeover our lease, the price is $ 100 less than if you moved in today on a new lease. If someone takes it from us, I’ll throw in a $ 100 incentive just to lock in the apartment. They are really nice apartments. It’s great that its next to Costco and Harkins Theaters and much more.
