I have been going here regularly for 11 years. And overall, they do a pretty good job.
Yeah, sometimes, the same person does a better job than before. Or, worse than before. However, I do have curly hair. And, that is not supposed to be cut like straight hair. So, I don’t think the instructors spend enough time teaching them how to cut it.
Also, I don’t limit myself to just one stylist (though, I do use 1 or 2 more often than the others).
Overall, the staff is friendly. Though, sometimes I think the time of day and their workload can effect them to some degree or another.

Cassidee was amazing she gave me the exact cut I wanted and was friendly and personable. I highly recommend her. She takes her time making sure attention to detail is paid. Kudos to her!

Great place fast and friendly. Ask for Phyillis she is great. The shop is very easy to get to and they have plenty of parking.

I’ve been in a few times and it was alright but the last time I stopped in to get a trim I left looking like my hair got caught in a weed whacker. The left side of my hair was at least an inch longer than the right, there was a chunk of hair on the right that was longer than the rest. Right side was layered, left side was not and the layers were CHOPPY! It was by far the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life.
