There are so many cleaning services that it’s hard to believe some of these reviews– it’s like they are confused., I had a Living Social certificate(2 man hours?) that my dad gave me. My children do get ahead of me from time to time so I really appreciate these services. What kept them from being 5 stars was they guaranteed they would show up at a certain time and I had to call them an hour later. They apologized and were at my house in a few minutes. Showed up in professional looking vehicle which I take to mean they are professionals. Asked for my priority list, got right to work and went further down my priority list than almost any other cleaners I’ve ever used, Was not«deep cleaning» but that’s not what I wanted anyway. Asked for a positive review on LS which was not problem plus I am a fan on Unilocal*

I thought this company did a fabulous job! I bought a living social and the woman I booked my appointment with was super sweet(Sarah). I had two cleaners for two hours and they arrived exactly when they said they would. The two cleaners asked me if there were any specific areas they could work on which was a nice touch and encouraged me to leave feedback even if I wasn’t happy.(But I totally am!) When I came home woooow was my house clean! Omg they cleaned my ceiling fans and my showers have never sparkled so bright! Even my husband notice how clean it was and he’s not very observant when it comes to this stuff. I’m pretty sure they dusted every inch of my house! I had to fight my husband so much to get a cleaner and now he’s convinced they need to come back at least every month! They also locked up my house when they left. Great job guys! Thank you!

*****UPDATE***** they didn’t like that I posted a negative review so they saw fit to post my personal info(that I gave them when I tried to book an appt) Publicly. Please don’t do business with them. Apparently if they hear bad things they go to illegal measures . This place had very rude customer service from the get go. I had purchased a voucher with living social to use them and attempted to schedule with them. When I attempted I found I could not contact anyone directly. They also had no verified email(it was a gmail account), No BBB affiliation, and no direct phone number . — No customer service. The initial email was very rude and Living Social(whom I booked them through) immediately gave me my refund. I could also see on living social that this company didn’t have a very high approval rating either. When I did attempt to give feedback, I got a nasty email back basically telling me «how dare you ! ». While we all don’t like to hear the bad news sometimes, its important to take it and grow from it. However this person … or probably the owner …was nothing but rude and unprofessional in their entire manner and correspondence. I had to lecture them on keeping the interaction professional and being decent. PLEASE. DONTBOOKTHESEPEOPLEANDSAVEYOURSELF A HEADACHE.
