I have never seen Blackburn but I would like to praise one of her nurse practitioners, Jason Vastine! He is always curtious and helpful and answers all of my questions! He assisted with referring me to the right neurologists for my serious diagnosis and for that I am forever greatful every time I make an appointment he is always willing to help and the staff is always friendly and curtious. I recommend him to everyone that I know. If you are looking for a dr that listens well and is informative and helpful go see Jason Vastine at Dr Blackburn’s office!

I agree this office is horrible Dr. Blackburn talks more about her own family during the visit then focusing on the patient. I went in for a physical and pt. establishment and ended up with a 400 dollar bill for labs that were suppose to be routine for preventative care. I think she unexprinced and the office staff is rude. I would not recommend anyone going here if u want great care.

If I could give zero stars I wow. All the other reviews are spot on. I went with my mom to her first appointment, she has multiple medical issues and because it was her first appointment she wanted to make sure that her new pcp had all her history. After discussing one issue my mom wanted to go over other medical issues and she was advised that she only made the appointment for one specific issue so they would not be able to discuss anything else. We found this to be rude but thoughat maybe this was the process for the office in a city since we are used to small town treatment. My mom has gone back multiple times to give it a chance but today was the final straw. She needed to have some prescription s filled but was told that they didn’t have time to discuss those she would need to schedule a follow up appointment. Are you kidding me? Don’t waste your time because it will just be follow up after follow up and nothing will be resolved. The entire staff is rude.

I’ve been with Dr. Blackburn office for more than 6 months but I have never met her in person. Her stuffs are rude. Both nurse practitioners are rude and don’t like to answer questions. They will only deal with one of your problems at a time and annoy if you tell them you have more than one problems. I will never go back to them for sure!
