R&S Mattress

R&S Mattress is the best and I’d give them more stars if I could. We had a wonderful buying experience and we feel like we made a new friend in Mark. He’s just the kind of salesperson we like; he’s not at all pushy and he lets the product speak for itself. After much research, we bought one of the Brooklyn Bedding mattresses his company manufactures in Phoenix in addition to an adjustable frame from the Serta lineup. It’s our first time buying a foam mattress and it is by far the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on!
Besides the great customer service Mark gave us, what sold us on buying here is that R&S is a smaller, local business. They have a large variety of mattresses at great prices to fit any budget. We also know if we have any problems down the line that R&S will stand behind the products they sell.

Ask for Mark! This location will always receive my business. Mark is really nice and knowledgeable about the mattress industry. As soon as we walked in and the other customer left, he gave us his full attention. Customer service at its best! If you’re ever in need of mattress, hit up this location. I know it is out of the way for most, but it’s definitely worth it.

Mario found us just what we needed for our whole family. He had it delivered as promised!

I searched for a couple of weeks for a new mattress set for my bed and was not successful. I’m not a picky person, I simply wanted a quality mattress at a decent price. When I walked into R&S, Mario was helping some other people but he took the time to say hello and allowed me to look around before approaching. I told him I wanted a firm king sized mattress and he walked me straight over to a Stearns & Foster set and told me to try it and any other set I would like, while he finished the paperwork for the people who were there first.
I decided which set I wanted, paid and it was delivered to my house within an hour. I’ve not had an experience this pleasant when purchasing furnishings in my life. It was very low pressure and Mario was respectful and courteous.
My mattress set is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. I am very happy and will come back to this store the next time I need new mattresses for my home.

I stopped in to this R&S location on Saturday afternoon in hopes of finding a mattress which would lead to better sleep and maybe lessened back pain. We’d stopped in to Bedmart during the week, but didn’t really see anything that we just had to have. Anyways, we’d seen a commercial for R&S and Googled it. We saw that there was one in Goodyear, and headed over.
We were met with a young man named Mario who was a bit too pushy & eager to sell us something right away. If we hadn’t been in need of a better mattress so quickly, we probably would have left and kept shopping around for something. I didn’t buy his whole, «Well, this is the best deal you’re going to find for this size,» or the «I’ll throw in the box springs for free!» bit either. OR that he said he might not have the same deal available tomorrow (how’s that since only ONE mattress we saw had a price tag on it?). However, he was nice enough & had what we wanted for a decent enough price (Simmon’s Beautyrest queen sized mattress & box springs for $ 499), so we bought a bed.
We came back the next day (Sunday) to pick it up (they do have a delivery service, but we have a truck). This time, Mario wasn’t there (nor the girl who was sitting on a bed using a laptop the day before). I was a bit annoyed to get there and see someone sitting on OUR mattress, but whatever. We were helped by a man named Josh, I believe. He helped load it onto our truck and then we were done. In total, we spent less than 30 minutes in this store. I probably wouldn’t come back since we have a 10year warranty on our mattress, but for the time being, it worked out for us and what we needed.
