The service is slow but the morning shift is super friendly. The place is small so they often run out of space.

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW!!! This location is very close to my house, so it’s hard for me to not stop, hoping that it will get better at some point… but… it doesn’t. …if there are two cars in the drive thru you can count on at a 10min wait MINIMUM… On Christmas I did a little experiment… I drove by this location, counted the cars in the drive thru and noted the make, model and color of the last car in line(6 cars and the last one was a silver Toyota Tacoma) I then drove to another Starbucks about 3 miles away, sat in line at that drive thru(behind 5 cars) got my drinks in about 9min drove back by this location and … the Silver Toyota was still 2 cars back… how crazy!!! So today… I head over«aginst my better judgment» and much to my surprise I pull in to an empty drive thru, and after being asked to repeat my VERY simple order 4TIMES(Trenta Iced coffee 5 Spenda & Vente Drip 4 Spenda) we waited over 5 minutes. … for God sake both of those drinks are just poured into a cup and served so why on earth would it take 5 minutes + to serve??? Go inside and it becomes clear… no sense of urgency, no clear processes and a staff that seems for the most part to not care… The fact that this Starbucks location has the lowest Unilocal score in the area of any of the other locations around speaks volumes… come on peeps pick up the pace.

Least favorite Starbucks! Kinda surprised management hasn’t taken over here yet. Every time I stop I think maybe it will be better. It’s not. Wait is too long. Food/drink hit or miss. Staff usually not very friendly.

Went to the drive thru and not only was it the slowest service ever. But my drink was wrong. I ordered a double tall white chocolate mocha. They even print a label to put on the cup. The guy asked me if I wanted whip on the white mocha and I said no. I make it a few miles down the road and find out I was drinking a single plain mocha WITH whip. Definitely disappointed I spent the money.

This Starbucks is the worse. If your running late. And see a line at the drive thru with more then 3 cars keep driving. They take forever. This is third time I am here. With 3 cars ahead. Wait time 15 min. That crazy 5 min a car?

I was in a rush and wasn’t able to get down so I figured drive thru is faster. No it wasn’t it was very slow. I ordered three drinks and wasn’t offered a drink carrier. The guy at the window was rushing me, so I wasn’t able to check my drinks. I got a a vanilla bean Frappuccino with a caramel drizzle. I did not get the caramel, but they charge me for it. They even put it on the cup and I still didn’t get it. I might give this place another chance but this is the third time they messed up my order.

It’s usually a hit or miss. I have to admit I love my coffee and I always stop at a Starbucks store when I have a hankering. There are many Starbucks locations and the service and coffee is usually great when you visit your local Starbucks. However, this location, in my expeirence, has always been hit or miss. There are those times when the service is great and so is the coffee. However, more often the service is lacking as well as their coffee. I usually perfer Starbucks over their competitors because my coffee is always made the way I order and tastes great. I will continue to go to Starbucks but probably avoid this location.

I went inside this Starbucks this morning for a pound of coffee and a drink for myself. I needed to get a pound of Sumatra coffee for a co-worker as a gift and when I went to pay, the barista asked if I needed it ground up. I said that would be great. I’m not a coffee expert, so when she asked how I wanted it ground up, I had no idea what to tell her. All I knew is that my coworker has a Keurig that takes ground coffee along with pods. The barista seemed to understand, so I waited. She came back up to me and said that since the coffee will be used in a Keurig, they can not ground it up. Okayyy??? I found out that my coworker has her own grinder so I said I’d just take the whole bean. But I noticed I was charged 13.95 for the pound when the sign said it was 12.95. I asked the barista if they charge to ground up the coffee and she said no so I let her know that I was charged the wrong amount for the pound and she said, «well that’s because there is tax». Um no, tax is added at the end, sweetheart and my drink doesn’t have tax on the price of it, so why would the pound of coffee? I showed her the receipt where tax was added and how the individual price of my drink didn’t have tax. So she says, «well that’s just how it’s rung up». Are you effing kidding me?! I know it’s a dollar but how RUDE of you to say that to me like it doesn’t matter you’re charging me more than what your effing sign says. I just laughed and said ok and started walking out. She said«do you need a bag?». Nope. Girl, bye. Idiot. Never going back there again.

Who wants a watered down drink??? Unfortunately this Starbucks is very inconsistent with their drinks and their customer service. Sometimes I get a good drink with a friendly barista but most times I’m served a unhappy drink from an unhappy barista. I’m writing this review today because I have had it, I ordered my favorite seasonal drink which is a venti oprah chai tea, nonfat milk with 3 pumps of gingerbread, but what I got was a venti iced cup of watered down milk! Now who wants to pay 5 $ and some change for that?! I don’t, and you better insure the baristas know how to make a stiff one served with a happy smile for that kind of money.
