Henteleff Harvey B

I don’t usually write Unilocal reviews, but I felt a need to write one for Dr. Harvey B. Henteleff. When my son’s pediatric dentist told us that our 2 year old would have to undergo anesthesia to have a dental procedure done, I was both surprised, and very nervous. If you’re reading this, you may be like me, a parent that has to research everything and everyone if possible.
Unfortunately, there weren’t really any readily available reviews of Dr. Henteleff’s anesthesia services, so I wanted to share my experience.
I was very impressed, with him and his assistant Michelle. I am the mother that has to know every drug being used, and what is being done, and all the risks/​benefits… aka, I ask a lot of questions. They were so very patient with me, and willing to answer all of my questions as extensively as I needed.
When we arrived for our appointment, they were very personable and pleasant, making the whole experience more pleasant, and instantly putting us at ease. They were fantastic with my son, who has a huge fear of anyone who appears even slightly like a doctor. The care felt very personal, as they gave my son a new toy to play with while we waited for the sedation to work. They allowed us to come sit beside him as he woke up so as soon as he was aware, his parents would be right there. They made sure we had everything we needed to make his post-​care easy, with thorough instructions.
I couldn’t thank them enough for taking such good care of both my son, and us. I felt very confident that my son was in good hands.
