I can only comment from my experience with their mail order experience, but it was excellent. The order process was simple, efficient and I had no problems ordering through their online site.
I received my oyster knife (an Xmas gift) several business days after ordering it and I was extremely impressed with the quality of the knife and the weight.
Yeah for made in the USA!
