I’ve been here twice now in a three year period and both experiences have been superb. The staff is very courteous and professional, and Dr. Miller is extremely knowledgable. The office is clean and still looks brand new, plus they have modern testing equipment. They offer stylish frames and are patient and helpful when you are deciding which frames and lenses to buy. I’ve recommended Azle Eye Care to my friends and coworkers in town and I truly cannot find anything to complain about (which is rare for me!).
It’s important to note that I have a moderately rare eye condition and have been to other doctors in the past who didn’t know how to properly help me. Dr. Miller was familiar with my condition and has been very helpful in his treatment recommendations and answers to my questions.

Went there yesterday for an eye exam. The staff was very friendly and professional. One thing I liked was that they didn’t have to dilate my eyes. They had a machine that could see my retina without the need for those danged dilating eye drops. The machine took pictures and the doctor then took the time to discuss the pictures and what they showed him. Not having to drive home with my eyes dilated is a big plus in my book.
I don’t have vision insurance, but the discount I got paying cash was close to what I would have paid even with insurance. Be aware that they don’t automatically apply the cash discount. You have to specifically ask for it. That’s why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. Even so, I come out ahead because I’m not paying a monthly premium.
They had a decent selection of frames, as well as Oakley and Maui Jim sunglasses. It was refreshing that I was able to find a pair of frames that I liked, fit well, had the spring-​loaded temples, and DIDN’T have some designer’s name on them that doubled the price.
